Girls' night out! Heather Locklear steps out in black lace top and leggings as she lets her hair down for evening with friends

She is reportedly enjoying a romance with Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr Marc Mani.

But Heather Locklear looked like she was having a great time with just the girls as she enjoyed a night out with friends on Friday.

The 52-year-old actress sported a leather and lace top which featured crocheted black floral sleeves, teamed with grey leggings.

Open toe shoe boots and an oversized black handbag completed the look.

The star sported minimal make-up which showed off her remarkably unlined face and glowing complexion.

She strolled along with two friends after eating at upmarket West Hollywood restaurant Madeo.

According to recent reports, the Melrose Place star and her new beau Dr Mani are still going strong after a six month romance.

A source recently told Us Weekly that the pair were spotted at Japanese restaurant Katsuya together a week ago.

'Heather was acting quite sweet,' a source told Us Weekly. 'She was definitely cosying up to [Marc].'

The couple were said to have 'squeezed themselves into one side of a booth' at the Hollywood restaurant where they shared an assortment of sushi, miso soup and crispy rice. 

'They were touching the entire time and smiling a lot,' the insider added. '[They] really seemed to be enjoying each other's company.'

Heather and Dr Mani, who at 44-years-old is eight years her junior, were first spotted out together in May.

The actress split from Melrose Place co-star Jack Wagner in November 2011, and was previously wed to Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora from 1994 to 2007.

The couple have a 16-year-old daughter Ava.

I can only hope that since she's dating a plastic surgeon that she will not go the route of so many women in Hollywood. So far it looks like she is aging pretty gracefully and not resorting to the extremes that too many choose. She has always been thin and it is just her genetics that keep her so. Stay real Heather and have happiness.

Needs to do something with the stringy hair. Doesn't look too good on a 50+ woman. Maybe add a few extensions for some fullness. Other than that she looks ok.
