Maggie Baumann, now a therapist specializing in trauma and eating disorders from Newport Beach, California, reveals she had an extreme obsession with her weight, restricting her calorie intake and maintaining a strict exercise regime throughout. Her undiagnosed eating disorder meant that by the seventh month of her second pregnancy, doctors were fearing that the baby was too small and undernourished. 'It did not register to me like, "OK, now I need to start trying for this baby,"' she admitted.
