She has so far not commented on reports that she has split with boyfriend, professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy

But Kate Upton didn't seem too bothered about the rumours as she jetted into LAX on Friday.

The 21-year-old actress and model looked happy and relaxed in a cream studded sweater and black trousers teamed with knee length low heeled low boots.

Her blonde hair was worn loose around her shoulders and she showed off her flawless skin with minimal make-up.

The star couldn't stop smiling as she strolled through the terminal with a large blue holdall and royal blue handbag, amid reports of the split just a few months after initial reports of a romance.

RadarOnline reported on Tuesday that Maksim, 33, and Kate are on the rocks after having barely spent any time together this autumn.

'Maks has been telling friends that he is no longer bringing Kate to a wedding that they were both scheduled to attend together,' a source told the website.

'Maks isn’t saying anything bad about her, but it’s a very telling development that she’s no longer accompanying him to the wedding.'

The Sports Illustrated cover girl has been dating the bad boy of the ballroom since June. They only went public in September when they were spotted holding hands in New York City.

In September, Maksim gushed about Kate to UsWeekly: 'She's an amazing person. We have an incredible time together, and, you know, I definitely didn’t see that coming and I think neither did she.

'We enjoy each other's company very much and like I said, she's a great girl that I never thought anything romantic like this could have happened.'

Radar reports the couple - who are 12 years apart in age - have not been photographed together since October 28.

And on November 13, Maksim was spotted exiting Club Wicker with a curvy mystery brunette with no sign of Kate anywhere.

This claim came shortly after he received a kiss from his ex-girlfriend Karina Smirnoff while serving as a guest judge on Dancing With The Stars on Monday.

Sparks flew between the dancer and his ex girlfriend Karina - who he dated from 2008 to 2009 - when he complimented her choreography skills.

She thanked him by running up to the judge's table and planting a kiss on him. The peck caused him to smile from ear to ear.

As for Kate, she's been spending time with the opposite sex as well. On Saturday night she was sitting next to a mystery male courtside at the New York Knicks game against the Atlanta Hawks at Madison Square Garden.

Along with Kate and Karina, Maksim has also dated Elena Grinenko and Peta Murgatroyd.
