A pair of Jaguar mechanics made a staggering 9,000 mile round trip just to service a car belonging to Blackburn Rovers' multi-millionaire owner. Colin Philpott, 53, and Graham Allen, 54, are still pinching themselves after jetting off to India three times this year to work on his 1989 Jaguar XJS. The pair, who have run their Powerbell Garage near Maidenhead, Berks, since 1985, did not expect to attract a client nearly 4,500 miles away in Mumbai, India. But they were approached by a representative of Balaji Rao - co-owner of the Championship club - just before Christmas last year. The multi-millionaire was searching for someone to fly to India to repair one of his cars. Colin and Graham, who returned from the latest journey just last week, flew out on their first trip to India at Easter this year. EXCLUSIVE Kickboxer Crystal Green, who is eight months pregnant, shows off her skills and her large baby bump during a recent workout session. The Los Angeles-based fighter and coach has scaled back her exercise regimes since her pregnancy, but still continues to train Pregnant Crystal Green's clients aren't the only ones kicking in her Muay Thai sessions. Among the women at her kickboxing bootcamp there's one feisty little fella, who seems to love the all-energy Foxy & Fierce work-outs at mum's Seido Karate Hollywood Dojo in the heart of Hollywood. The karate champion fell pregnant in March, while she was training for a body-transforming bikini contest, and she had to give up her no salt, no sugar, no gluten, no dairy, no fun diet when she realised her stalled weightloss had nothing to do with not training hard enough. She explains, "I knew something was different in my body... I wasn't losing weight and I just felt like my belly was in a bloated state. It wasn't flat and rock hard like it should have been." Crystal, who comes from a family of martial artists, took a pregnancy test "on a whim" and was stunned by the result. "At first it was bittersweet," she says. "I had a lot planned for my summer. I was actually prepping my body for a fitness competition and I was training with a coach to get on stage for a bikini competition. I was getting my body fat down and proportioning my body. "I was planning on committing to that competition and I think, because of my diet change and my fitness regiment, it just contributed to a healthier body that made me get pregnant easier. "It took about an hour to sink in. "It was a happy accident. I'm a business owner and very motivated and driven, and sometimes you think there's no time to have a baby and it doesn't become a priority until it's too late.
