After late Kim goal, Barton slams this United side as their worst in the Premier League

Joey Barton has called the current Manchester United side 'easily their worst in Premiership history'.

The QPR midfielder tweeted the message after David Moyes' team conceded a late goal to draw 2-2 with Cardiff City, a result that leaves United sixth in the Barclays Premier League table, seven points off league-leading Arsenal.

Barton also said he didn't think United had 'ever been this weak in the middle of the park' though he did also say that the Red Devils were missing Michael Carrick, who is currently out with an ankle injury.

United had been leading up until the dying moments, but uncharacteristically allowed Kim to power a header in during injury time.

Wayne Rooney should have been sent off in the early exchanges after kicking out at Jordan Mutch, before he went on to open the scoring after 15 minutes.

Former United trainee then equalised for the home side before Patrice Evra but United back in front.

The draw halts a three-match winning streak for David Moyes' team.

Joe, Glasgow Joey may sometimes talk rubbish but this time he is talking fact, I'm true Man U fan, this united team is playing bad as the result of what is coming from the technical handlers.

'Barton slams this United side as their worst in the Premier League'----------------- After United's worse start to a season in 30 years (and Liverpool's best) How come there is only three points difference?

It isn't your worst and it isn't our best. At least if you are going to come out with a fact, make sure it is one or you will look stupid. I would far rather be playing as we are then the way United are at the moment and in all honesty, would prefer our team. The most promising thing with Liverpool is the age of the squad. With the exception of Gerrard, the average age is early-mid twenties. United need a massive overhaul.

Made worse by the manager. Remember this team won the EPL comfortably last season. It's just the manager nit knowing what he's doing.

The man (Barton) might be a loon/ey but he has a point. The current squad just isn't cut out to compete at the highest of level. It's frankly average!

Joey Barton? Robbin Savage? Their views? Shows just what contempt the media sports lot have for us who actually watch and have played football. May as well have Katey Price .... and at least she is worth another look ...
