Kim Zolciak shared the names she chose for her twins - which she delivered on Monday - with a pretty Instagram post.

For her girl she chose Kaia Rose. '(After "psychic" Rose who is like a Grandma to me and been a huge part of my life for 13 pus yrs) also the twins were born on Rose's birthday!' her message said.

For her boy she went with Kane Ren. '(Ren after my OBGYN who has delivered 5 of the 6 kiddos, who has also been a big part of my life for 12 yrs and we simply adore him),' she remarked.

The 35-year-old reality star announced she and Kroy Biermann had become proud parents again via her Instagram page on Monday morning, and were 'so thankful' that both of their little bundles of joy arrived safely and were healthy.

Posting a cute message to her fans, the star wrote: 'Guess what?!!! The TWINS have arrived! We welcomed first a baby GIRL and second a handsome little BOY!

'They are both healthy and Kroy and I are so thankful!'

Just last week, the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star proudly displayed her impressive 48-inch baby bump in a cute selfie.

'The twins will here this month and we are soooo excited and I'm soooo over being pregnant!' the reality star tweeted to her 759,000 followers.

'Hubby just measured my belly OMG!!! 48 inches around!! And not ONE stretch mark!! I know stretch marks r genetics but I have some tricks!'

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star star has spent the better part of the last two years pregnant.

She and husband Kroy Biermann already have two sons - two-year-old Kroy Jr. and 15-month-old Kash.

And Zolciak also has two daughters, 16-year-old Brielle and 12-year-old Ariana, from ex-husband Dan Toce.

The Don't Be Tardy couple celebrated their second wedding anniversary last Monday at home since Kim is 'ready to pop.'

My parents hoped me and my twin wouldn't be identical because she wanted a girl and my dad wanted a boy (got their wish). Congratulations to them and their older brothers and sisters!

Love it, cool names that are unique but not crazy, all of Kim's children have fantastic names. Not cruelly named a fruit, vegetable or spice or some nonsense made up name, one thing is for sure she must love being a mom she is popping them out one after the other isn't she!

Is he really called Kroy?! Some Americans just do not give a damn about having normal names do they? If it's not a surname like Taylor or Jackson as a surname then they'll just make one up one like Kroy! I thought Sarah Palin's grandchild/son (can't remember) being named Track was bad, but Kroy? Come on America, time to put a stop to this!

Thank god. I know im not the only one tired of seeing her belly getting bigger and bigger and her constantly posting pics of it. I also named my baby after my hairdresser, as we have such a huge bond and he has been an integral part of my life for the past 20 years LOL
