Feeling festive? Kelsey Grammer and wife Kayte take their baby daughter Faith for a spot of early Christmas shopping

It may be a a month until Christmas, but Kelsey Grammer and his wife Kayte looked to be getting in the festive mood on Monday.

The couple, who have been married for nearly three years, couldn't stop smiling as they pushed their 18-month-old daughter Faith Evangeline around The Grove mall in Los Angeles for some early Christmas shopping.

Kelsey sported a grey sweater, bright purple trousers and trainers for the stroll around the outdoor mall which is currently decorated for the festive season.

Kayte,who wore a navy blue sweater, jeans and boots, clutched on to the Frasier star's arm as he pushed Faith's stroller.

The couple looked in good spirits, despite him recently being forced to address allegations made on Radar that he had not seen their two children Mason, 12, and Jude, nine for more than six months. 

'Kelsey has been out of state and out of the country filming, so he was not able to have the kids with him on location,' a representative for the actor told E! News earlier this month.

The spokesman added that Kelsey had been away filming for the past two months.

A representative for Camille had no comment.

A source had earlier told RadarOnline that the children stayed in Southern California while Camille, who was diagnosed with early stage endometrial cancer in October, had a radical hysterectomy in Houston. 

The source said: ‘She wanted the kids to remain in school, and they were well cared for. Kelsey didn’t see the children while Camille was in Houston for her cancer surgery,’

‘He didn’t make any attempt to visit them, or have the kids come stay with him. He does call the kids, but it’s been a very long time since they actually saw their father.'

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 45 also made the claim via Twitter when asked by a fan if Kelsey, 58, had contacted her or their children about her battle with cancer.

She tweeted earlier this month: ‘No, Kelsey has never contacted me or the kids about my health.’

He is divorced from Camille, she is of concern of his now, however it would have been nice if he had asked after her and asked how his children were doing. On another note what a beautiful little girl Faith is and how happy her parents look.

The smiles look very forced, but maybe I'm wrong. Just can't see it lasting but who knows? How can anyone have two families (or in his case three) and look after everyone? It's not humanly possible.

I do find it a bit weird that he has a daughter (or child so young) at 58, but I like the guy so good for him. And she's 45? - doesn't look it from those photos I don't think, but being close up may be different.
