She is one of the most beautiful models in the world, but Bar Refaeli still takes time to help out a friend.

The 28-year-old  Israeli fashion model posted a photo on Instagram Tuesday wearing a sexy blue bikini while holding her friend Valentina Micchetti's baby on a beach in Israel.

She wrote: THE BABYSITTER @ @valemicchetti I'm in love with Emily Sophia Adler.

With her hair honey blonde locks tied back loosely from her face and wearing a pair of dark shades, Bar looked amazing as she showed off her natural features and remarkable figure.

And there was no visible sign of a procedure she had done earlier this month to remove a microscopic mole from her left hip.

The one-time girlfriend of actor Leonardo DiCaprio opted to have her mole removed, but it's unknown whether Bar’s operation was for medical or aesthetic reasons.

Despite her wide regard as one of the world’s most beautiful women, the Sports Illustrated model admitted in an interview last month that she finds it hard to get a boyfriend.

‘I don’t understand it,’ she told Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth. ‘I’m okay. I look great. I’m cool. I like going out. I like being at home, I like movies, I like eating. So what’s wrong with me? Why am I alone?’

Bar also revealed that she knows exactly what she’s looking for in a potential beau.

‘I’m looking for someone serious, who I can set up home with,’ she said. ‘Someone who comes from a warm, loving family like mine, who has values like mine.’
