He has left his mark on several walls around the world.

And once again Justin Bieber was keen to prove just what an expert graffiti artist he really is during the latest stop of his Believe tour.

The perpetual pop brat was seen spray painting a PacMan ghost-style pink cartoon complete with black teeth and a single black eye for his throw up on a wall in Brisbane, Australia, on Wednesday.

The badly executed design was completed in the early hours of the morning as the 19-year-old was winding down after his first Aussie gig.

The star was spotted with his entourage, who were also spray painting, in an outdoor area of his hotel at a wall near a basketball court.

It is unknown whether the area was a designated graffiti zone or Justin and his gang were illegally vandalising the property.

When contacted by the MailOnline, Justin's publicists declined to comment.

According to a report in the Brisbane Times back in April, new laws, which were set to be passed this year, ask for a maximum penalty of up to seven years jail for graffiti vandals, making the state's punishment the toughest in Australia.

A couple of hours ahead of his spray painting expedition on Wednesday morning, Justin had performed his first Believe concert in Brisbane, 100km away.

He had reportedly arrived back at his hotel about 20 minutes earlier and immediately unpacked his spray paints.

Wearing a hoodie with 'The Future' written on the back, Justin is said to have spent 30 minutes on his creation.

This is not the first time Justin has got handy with the spray can.

He has been seen leaving his mark in several destinations around the world, most recently in South American countries, Brazil and Colombia.

At the end of October, he was spotted spray painting a wall with the words 'Free Breezy' - referring to bad boy rapper Chris Brown's nickname - in Bogota, where street art is a legal activity.

In a video posted on El Tiempo, the pop star was seen nonchalantly spray painting a wall along a highway, surrounded by police cars.

Bieber decorated the wall with a number of different tags, including the tribute to Brown, featuring a large pink arrow and the words 'Free Breezy' in red in the body.

Bieber also painted a picture of his home country Canada's flag, but chose to turn the iconic maple leaf into a marijuana plant.

He then spray painted a cartoon image of his dead hamster, accompanied by the words 'RIP Pac.'

In Bogota, artists are given free reign to paint wherever they like, except government buildings, but it is unclear why police officers accompanied Bieber on his excursion.

But during the next stop on his graffiti tour, Bieber found himself on the wrong side of the law when he once again tried the act out in Brazil.

The pop star was charged with illegally scrawling graffiti on the wall of a £23 million hotel in Rio de Janiero.

As well as childish drawings of faces and baseball caps, the teen star scribbled phrases such as 'Bielibers 4 life' and 'respect privacy' on the side of the property in upmarket district of Sao Conrado.

A police spokesman described the case as a misdemeanor which would be forwarded to a small-claims court where the Canadian pop star now faces a fine.

Protected by his security detail, Bieber tagged 'Respect privacy' and 'I am off' as well as several drawings on a hotel wall in Rio's tourist southern zone.

A police probe subsequently established that the pop star had received permission from City Hall to tag a wall at another location, the Olympic Village in the Vidigal shantytown.

But Bieber's entourage felt he would not be safe there.

'The permission from City Hall did not extend to other locations,' a police statement said.

The hotel - which is currently being renovated - was bought by a group of Brazilian businessman in 2009 for around £23 million.

Local newspaper photographers trying to take pictures of the Canadian idol reportedly had to call police after being attacked by members of the singer's entourage.

One paparazzo claimed he was left half-naked after having his clothes ripped off by Bieber's bodyguards.

Another's car was reportedly pelted with bricks they had ripped from the cobblestone pavement.

The singer was later reported to have stuck up his middle finger and shouted 'suck my d***' to photographers trying to snap him in the act.

Graffiti is a considered a crime of vandalism in Brazil which carries a jail sentence of between three months to one year.

According to civil police chief Antonio Ricardo, officers tried to locate the Canadian after he left the wall at around 6am.

He was later spotted exercising on the nearby Barra de Tijuca beach.

Officers later entered the private mansion rented by Bieber during his stay in Brazil, but the singer had already left the country.

Ahead of his trip to Australia, Bieber did find a way to do good with his artwork.

According to TMZ, he tagged a wall in Los Angeles to raise money for typhoon relief in the Philippines.

TMZ reported that Bieber planned to auction off the spray cans he and his friend Milk Tyson used to tag.

An autographed photo of the wall will also be auctioned off.

The money will be donated to a Philippines typhoon relief group after Justin reportedly expressed an interest in getting involved in efforts to restore the island nation.
