Charlie Sheen violates gag order AGAIN in custody case by launching ANOTHER Twitter rant against child protective services

He reportedly decided to end his war with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services so he could gain access to his children.

But Charlie Sheen appears unable to help himself.

The 48-year-old actor was at it again on Tuesday, calling the DCFS names and accusing the department of ignoring 'forensic stats' in a nonsensical Twitter tirade.

At it again: Charlie Sheen launched another Twitter tirade against the LA County Department Of Children And Family Services on Tuesday

The star, who is currently embroiled in a bitter custody battle with ex-wife Brooke Mueller over their four-year-old twin sons, insulted the DCFS using an acrostic poem, in which each letter of the department's acronym spell a word.

'D***hes Can't Foil Sheen... Deny Completely Forensic Stats,' are some of the phrases Sheen uses in his rant.

But Sheen's incessant tirades against both Mueller and the legal system have reportedly put him at odds with the DCFS, and his latest outburst will likely not help his case.

A source connected with the custody battle told TMZ that his online diatribes have only further cemented the DCFS' perception of the star as an incompetent parent.

One source from DCFS explained to the gossip website: 'He cares more about his drugs and porn stars than he does the kids.'

His previous tirade earlier this month accused the organisation of being 'incompetent and lascivious' in the way it was handling his dispute with his ex-wife over their sons.

Both rants violate the gag order restricting him from talking publicly about his custody battle, which could result in him being sent to prison.

But TMZ recently reported that although Brooke and the department have thus far elected to allow these rants to slide and simply let them live as evidence that Charlie is 'psychologically imbalanced', the judge still has power to send the actor to jail for them.

It is unclear whether his latest tirade will carry any legal consequences.

It signals an about-turn for the Anger Management star, who allegedly decided to end his war with DCFS last week so he could gain access to his boys.

A source told Radar he has has finally 'recognised that if he wants to spend time with the boys, he’ll need to cooperate with child protective services.

'Charlie stood on the sidelines as Denise (Richards, his second ex-wife] became the temporary guardian of the boys.

'That meant that he had visitation almost everyday. Now that Bob and Max are with Brooke’s brother Scott, he’s been frozen out. He hasn’t been able to see them.

'For that to change, Charlie needed to step up and participate. He doesn’t necessarily want full custody of the boys, but he does wants to spend more time with them.'

Do yourself a favour Charlie and lay-off the keyboard as far as this case goes ...

In the world of mental health their are two personality disorders that are the most difficult to treat as the person see's nothing at all wrong with them and takes no responsibility whatsoever. 1. Is the narcissistic personality often known as a messiah complex (Kanye has this one for sure) 2. Is borderline personality disorder. Charlie has them both without a doubt. He is always blaming others, he takes no responsibility and he really believes he is above the law and thinks he is the law. This is not something that medication can really help with. He is a toxic parent that needs to be supervised at all times when he is 'visiting' his children.

Highly unlikely that Charlie's doing this on purpose, he's probably suffering from reoccurring bouts of mental illness. He does seem to completely off the rails at times, maybe he needs an adjustment to his meds.

I know his comments are very foolish, but how is the gag order compatible with the 1st amendment that absolutely prohibit laws against free speech, particularly political speech and grievances about the performance of government workers?

It's a very complicated subject, and it's still debated. There are several court precedents that allow "gag orders." I'd give you links, but it's not allowed here. Just do a search for "gag order" "first amendment."
