While attending the A Thousand Times Good Night première at the 13th annual International Film Festival of Marrakech, Marion Cotillard stood out with her simple elegance as she made way down the red carpet.

On Saturday, the 38-year-old leading lady looked alluring and cheerful as she wore a Christian Dior dress from the Spring 2014 collection.

The multicoloured striped dress of silk featured a pleated skirt with pockets and a razor back tank top that showcased the beauty's toned arms and slim figure.

She paired the dress from Dior's Ready to Wear collection with a pair of two-toned black and blue strap sandals with a stiletto heel.

The Midnight in Paris star wore her hair in a side-swept ponytail to show off the unique tank top cut of the colourful gown.

By her side was director Martin Scorsese, who looked dashing in a classic tux as he posed with the Dark Knight Rises star.

The Departed director will preside of the festival's competition jury, of which Cotillard is also a member.

As she made her way down the red carpet, Cotillard was received by Moroccan Princess Lalla Salma, who greeted the film star with a hand shake before the premiere.

The princess wore a lavish orange gown of silk that was trimmed with gold lace and belted with a heavily-designed gold belt in the obi style.

The previous day, the gorgeous star had graced the red carpet at opening night of the festival, which saw Sharon Stone get honoured.

Marion looked lovely on that occasion too, sporting a black and white dress that hugged her slender figure.

Cotillard's upcoming Oscar contender The Immigrant will screen at the festival, which runs until Saturday, December 7.
