If Jenny McCarthy has that certain sparkle, she owes it to her new boyfriend Donnie Wahlberg.

The 41-year-old put her love on display as she hosted the after party for her comedy stand-up show Dirty Sexy Funny at Body English nightclub in Las Vegas on Saturday, courtesy of Donnie and his romantic demeanor.

When 44-year-old Donnie planted a kiss on her cheek on the red carpet, Jenny was captivated and smiling from ear to ear.

Jenny, who is famous for her forthright humour, was also speechless for a change, hanging onto the Boston-bred actor like there was no tomorrow.

Donnie's attention worked on her like a tonic, and the pink in her cheeks was testimony to that.

The View co-host looked sexy and deliciously 'dirty' in black leather trousers, a plunging black blouse and dominatrix-inspired black boots with spiky heels.

A heavy necklace adorned her throat, matched by a glittery bracelet and large hoop earrings.

Jenny's blonde hair was pulled back from her face and held together in back, which allowed nuzzling room for Donnie.

When she wasn't hanging all over Donnie, Jenny gladly posed with her fellow stand-up comediennes who appear in her show, including Rachel Feinstein, Tiffany Haddish, Tammy Pescatelli, Justine Marino and Lynne Koplitz.

But Jenny didn't mind putting her affection for Donnie on display, and neither did he.

The couple has been going strong since meeting in August when the former New Kids On The Block singer appeared on The Jenny McCarthy Show.

As Jenny revealed on Bethenny last month, she was the one who initiated the hook up, even going so far as to say she would marry him if he asked her.

'I wound up giving him my number,' Jenny admitted. 'I made the first move.'

'I think he would be an amazing husband!' she gushed. 'So, if he does [propose] yeah, I would sure say yes. I wouldn't be surprised if I was the one proposing!

'I told the universe I'm ready for love. I said bring the one. I'm not doing any more auditions,' Jenny added.

'I did one year of dating no one. I said I'm going to say no to everyone and if someone breaks through then I'll follow that.'

Jenny was previously wed to John Mallory Asher from 1999 to 2005, and together they have a son, Evan, 11.
