Baby keeping you up all night? Tired new parents Jaime King and Kyle Newman pop out for much needed caffeine fix

They welcomed their first child - James Knight Newman - into the world less than eight weeks ago.

And as many parents will attest those first few weeks with a newborn are often the most exhausting.

Which makes Jaime King and Kyle Newman's tired appearances at the weekend completely understandable.

The couple, who married in 2007, were spotted out in West Hollywood on Saturday morning without their precious angel.

And from their bleary eyed appearances and Jaime's sweater it looked as though their little bundle of joy had been doing his best to keep his parents from getting some decent shut eye.

Ever stylish Jaime wore her heart, or rather her tiredness, on her sleeve as such, wearing a grey sweater with the words 'James Knight All Night'.

Never disturb a sleeping baby! It seemed that Jaime and Kyle had left their baby son at home whilst they popped out to pick up some refreshments

Whilst the sweater is likely to have been worn with affection as a tribute of sorts to her baby boy it's words seemed somewhat ironic given the actress and her husband's tired appearances.

Despite being dressed down the 34-year-old blonde still managed to look stunning in the sweater which she teamed with a pair of casual loose fitting leopard print pants.

A pair of practical yet stylish black leather Lanvin ballet pumps with gold chain detail finished off the look perfectly.

Not bothering with make-up for the outing the blonde wore her locks half tied back from her face and shielded her eyes from the sunshine with a pair of black cat-eyed sunglasses.

Jaimie's husband Kyle, 37, was also dressed down for the outing, wearing a pair of jeans, black T-shirt and a olive green zip up hooded top which he teamed with a pair of grey trainers.

The bespectacled director looked very tired as his wife placed her hand on his shoulder as they crossed the road to grab a much needed coffee from the popular Alfred coffee shop in Melrose Place.

Earlier this week Jaime excitedly announced that her actor pals Jessica Alba and Topher Grace are James’ god-parents, telling her fans:

‘So grateful for our baby #JamesKnight to have such loving God Parents. God Mother @jessicaalba God Father @TopherGrace. Thank you for being there for us and the love of our lives’.

Jaime and Jessica have remained firm friends since starring together in 2005 movie Sin City, with Alba currently shooting her new film Barely Lethal with Jaime’s director husband Kyle.

Jaime and Jessica have been enjoying plenty of time together as the new mum regularly visits the set of her husband of six year’s new movie.

Earlier this month the girls ditched their diets to indulge in junk food while attending an Atlanta Falcons game in Georgia, where Barely Lethal is being filmed.

Whilst her husband is busy on set, Jaimie has been enjoying a break from shooting her TV show Hart of Dixie which is currently airing its third season in the US.
