Tatt's a surprise! Lisa Vanderpump shows off her tiny heart-shaped ankle tattoo while getting mani-pedi at nail salon

On the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa Vanderpump doesn't mind getting personal, but it seems she's been hiding a little secret from her viewers.

She was spotted showing off what appeared to be a tiny heart-shaped tattoo on her ankle as she was treating herself to a manicure and pedicure on Monday in Beverly Hills.

Although it is not new ink, it was definitely on full display as she rolled up her jeans and waited for her nail polish to be applied.

The miniature design also featured what appeared to be wings on the outside of the heart and looked like it had been done several years ago.

Once her nail varnish was painted on, the reality star, 53, sat back comfortably in her chair wearing a bright pink long-sleeved top as she waited for her dark red nail polish to dry.

Lisa appeared to be enjoying a day of pampering and relaxation.

Last month, Lisa opened up to Eonline and answered questions about how her life has changed since being on the show.

'We've all changed a bit because our lives have changed so much,' she said when asked if she has personally changed since becoming a reality-TV star.

'I'd say all of us have had to just put yourself out there. It's a life-changing experience.'

She was asked if she had those 'I can't believe I said that' moments.

'Oh god, every week I do, yes, absolutely!' she admitted.

'But they shoot so much and then you see it six months later, so sometimes it can be difficult. But it's also been a incredible experience for me, I wouldn't be sitting here now [if not for the show], it's given me so many opportunities and to do incredible things.'

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars, who also include Kyle Richards and Brandi Glanville, are known for getting into cat fights on the show and playing them out on social media.

As for initially supporting Brandi in seasons two and three, she said:

'I feel a complete idiot, a bloody moron, but thank you anyway for asking.'

Looks like a hideous mole, like most small tattoos. Lol. Couldn't pay me to put something like that on my body.

It looks like a bruise. I have no problem with tatts when they can be covered up, for this exact reason. Unless one is on their hands and knees, they can't tell what it is, or that it is even a tattoo. It could be a smudge of dirt, or a bruise. Neither of which is attractive.

God...the woman is such a phoney....her voice is like nails down a blackboard and her accent is bizarre.....really fake. Watched the show once....for all of 8 minutes....all that is wrong in the world.
