She's got wonderfully toned legs and an extremely pert derriere.

So perhaps Paulina Rubio, 42, didn't mind when she accidentally flashed the flesh in West Hollywood on Monday as she gave her boyfriend a big hug.

The stunning Mexican was wearing a very short black and white dress that rode up as she greeted her hunk outside Clafoutis in West Hollywood.

Gerardo Bazua, 28, certainly looked delighted to see his beautiful partner on the warm December day and embraced the vocal powerhouse wholeheartedly.

She raised eyebrows when she started dating Bazua after mentoring him the through series two of La Voz – the Mexican version of The Voice – back in May.

With more than 20 million record sales under her belt, the singer has been dubbed ‘The Golden Girl’ in her native Mexico, where she has worked as a coach on La Voz and spin-off show La Voz Kids.

But it's not all been plain sailing.

Rubio has been accused by her ex-husband of concealing her lucrative contracts with the show during their divorce proceedings.

The star’s former husband Nicolas Vallejo-Najera has filed legal documents accusing her of hiding her earnings from TV shows including The X Factor, TMZ reports.

The pair, who have a three-year-old son, Andrea Nicolas, officially divorced in March after almost five years of marriage.

Under the settlement, the Mexican singer, 42, agreed to pay Nicolas $6,750 a month in spousal support for 3 years.

But now Nicholas says that figure was based on an underestimate of Paulina’s income and that he wants more cash.

Paulina is reportedly refuting his allegations, with her lawyer telling TMZ that the star was transparent during the proceedings and that Nicholas is a ‘whiner’.

Paulina is best X-Factor judge ever, is very sympathetic & understanding to the contestants. Her ex husband is vile, to demand more alimony after getting $81.000 a year. What a creep, go get a job, don't try to live off your EX.
