Lily Collins zips around town in quirky denim rah-rah skirt... but where's her on-again off-again beau Zac Efron?

Lily Collins put a quirky twist on her girl next door look while heading out in West Hollywood to met a friend.

The 24-year-old daughter of Phil Collins traipsed to her destination on Monday looking fun and flirty in a sleek black blazer rolled up at the sleeves and a denim high waisted skirt with a zipper detail and a large ruffle.

Her fire-engine red bag and glossy nails provided a splash of color, accentuating her porcelain skin and naturally-made up face – fitting for the latest global ambassador of Lancome.

Strutting her stuff: Lilly Collins, 24-year-old daughter of Phil Collins, seen trekking through West Hollywood to meet a gal pal for lunch.

The English-American starlet wore a demure smile, highlighting her smouldering eyes as she journeyed to meet her friend in the city where she's been making a name for herself.

Collins returned to the States about a month and a half ago after a worldwide press tour promoting her recent film, The Mortal Instruments: City Of Bones, a German-American adventure fantasy film released in August.

It is based upon the New York Times best-selling young adult series, The Mortal Instruments.

As told to MTV News, she awaits with anticipation for news of whether there will be a sequel made – Mortal Instruments: City of Ashes.

Production of the sequel was put on halt when the first film underperformed at the box office, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Nevertheless, Collins said she is excited to dive back in.

'I love the stories, I love Clary, we love the cast — I just have no clue,' she told MTV. 'I think I'm like all the fans going, "So, what's happening?"'

Collins dated her co-star in the Mortal Instruments film, Jamie Campbell Bower – now her ex-boyfriend – and has been on-again off-again with the 26-year-old actor, Zac Efron.

According to RadarOnline, Collins is caring for Efron after he slipped in a puddle in mid-November and broke his jaw, only months after a stint in rehab due to alcohol and drug use.

His jaw was wired shut, and he received stitches to mend the gash he sustained.

Apparently, Collins has been making him smoothies, since he hasn't been able to eat or drink properly.

The two were last seen holding hands and enjoying the rides at Disneyland on October 23rd.

A week before Disneyland, the High School Musical actor was seen taking Collins to the movies in Hollywood, before leaving together in his car.

In February 2012, they were spotted enjoying a couple of dinner dates in Los Angeles, but reportedly split up around six months later.

Collins starred alongside Julia Roberts, as Snow White, in Mirror, Mirror in 2012.

cant see her and zac lasting..didnt they do all this last year and it was over in a few months! She seems boring and hes a bit of a wild child,,my guess is hes feeling low and shes playing nursey,..so hes taking full advantage of that once hes back on his feet she will be history! Plus those eyebrows,,are like slugs on her face,,,big old no no!!
