'Life's too short to wear one hat!': Lady Gaga wears two bizarre outfits in one day, swapping Boy George-style hat for floral fascinator and curls

She recently revealed that she believes 'life is too short for one hat'.

And Lady Gaga was certainly true to her word as she stepped out in two flamboyant outfits in one day.

The star wore an oversized pink floral fascinator in her wig of chestnut curls as she left the Langham Hotel and headed to Annabel's private members club in London on Friday.

And never one to do anything by halves, she wore an extravagant outfit of a pink sequined leotard and matching boots.

The leotard featured mesh 'wings' under her arms, while she also wore a pair of colourful reflective glasses.

The secret gig - supported by Belvedere Vodka - was not, of course, kept secret from everyone with celebrities including Bar Refaeli, Emma Watson, Jessie J and Sting getting an invite.

Earlier that day, the ARTPOP singer, 27, had continued her preference for art-inspired outfits as she went for a Picasso-themed look.

The singer bizarrely combined her artistic outfit with the signature look of one of music’s icons, Boy George.

She wore a black hat and her hair in dreadlocks with the sides of her head shaved.

Her brightly coloured tunic was painted in a Batik style, with two dual-faced figures in the surrealist style of the famous artist.

She also continued the theme with her makeup, wearing red paint daubed on one side of her face and winked to show off a stylised eye painted over one eyelid.

She went for a colourful look from top to toe, wearing a tight frilled pencil skirt in bubble gum pink, which was worn with fish-net tights, frilly socks and lemon yellow platform loafers.

Meanwhile, the singer revealed that David Bowie is another of her music idols as she appeared on Alan Carr’s show Chatty Man on Friday.

She told Alan Carr: ‘I have not met him yet, it's okay - you know I'm such a big fan, that it's kind of this weird amazing thing that I haven't met him yet.’

‘He's sort of like an alien prince. He still runs my universe as well, like, every morning I wake up and I think, 'What would Bowie do?'

'But I guess for him it was a sense of perfection. These things he created, it was self expression for him but also a sense of protection for who he personally is as David.’

Belvedere Vodka’s exclusive event with Lady Gaga at Annabel’s was held to raise awareness of the (BELVEDERE) RED Special Edition bottle and the fight against HIV/AIDS.

All her 'Artistic' pretentions are completely derivative of stuff I've seen 20 years ago, whats creative about rehashing other peoples work? When I was at University that was called plagarism!

She is losing it. When she started the dress up thing, I wondered how long she can go like this. Artists like Adele don't have to do that, they can disappear for some time and come back with new records and people will still remember them. I call it art.
