A family-of-six have been pictured arriving at hospital after they were found alive, huddled in their overturned jeep in the frigid Nevada mountains. Lovelock, Nevada, man James Glanton, 34, inset top right, his girlfriend Christina McIntee, 25, and four children - including a 10-year-old girl, pictured left, and a young boy, pictured right, - were discovered Tuesday afternoon in a canyon having miraculously survived the dangerous two-day ordeal. Their Jeep, center, overturned Sunday just off a road in the mountains near their home and the engine would no longer start, forcing the family to hide inside the car, burning the spare tire and heating rocks to keep warm.

Along the Western edge of the map, males made up as much as 20 percent more of the American population that year. Meanwhile, a South wracked by Confederate losses appears to swing far to the female side. As the subsequent generation of babies helped to normalize the southern population and as women joined--or rejoined--their male counterparts as they helped tame the frontier, those numbers came back to normal.

The MTA is calling Super Bowl XLVIII 'the first mass-transit Super Bowl.' For most fans, MetLife Stadium will be reachable only by train. A typical Super Bowl fan will have to catch a train at Penn Station in Manhattan and transfer to the Meadowlands Line at Secaucus Junction in New Jersey. However, between New York and New Jersey, there are no fewer than eight different kinds of relevant rail lines operated by four different entities.
