From Bangor in the north to Portaferry in the south, the North Down and Ards regions boast a wealth of historical and cultural sites with significant Ulster-Scots connections. This website presents an illustrated guide to twenty-five of those sites and suggests a variety of themed routes. Each themed route is highlighted on the map when you click on the theme. Click on the page title to see it explained in greater detail. Each site can be accessed by clicking on the circular nodes within the routes.

To swap from tube map to real map use the switch map button in top left corner. For further information please check the Links page.
