Now that's just boasting! Kelly Ripa shows off her taut body and incredible six-pack as she does a shoulder stand

Ten years after having her third child, TV celebrity Kelly Ripa put her amazingly toned body on show in a photo she posted online on Wednesday.

The 43-year-old was pictured lying on her back in tight black gym wear with her long, slender legs leaning against a wall, as she pushes up onto her shoulders.

The strenuous position displays her incredibly well-developed six-pack abs, which are clearly on display because her T-shirt has ridden up.

Making sure nobody missed how good she was looking, Ripa published the picture on her
Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages.

Kelly's sock-covered toes point to car-maker Henry Ford's famous quote written on the wall: 'Whether you think you can or you can't - you're right.' And she obviously can!

The co-host of ABC's Live! With Kelly And Michael posted the photo with a shout out to her trainer: 'Thank you AKTINMOTION and Anna Kaiser for letting me lean on you.'

The cardio dance guru, who has two New York studios, has created an exercise regime, which combines 'cardio, strength training, toning and stretching in one super-high-energy session. Hot sexy, fun, with serious results,' according to the website.

It seems to have worked for Kelly because there's not an ounce of extra flesh on her enviably well-muscled physique despite having three children, Joaquin, 10, Lola 12 and Michael, 16.

The celebrity, who recently had her blonde hair cut into a sleek bob, has been married to actor Mark Consuelos for 17 years.

The couple met on the set of All My Children after Mark was hired to play her onscreen lover Mateo Santos.

Kelly has appeared on ABC's morning show since 2000 when she was Regis Philbin's sidekick on Live! With Regis. He bowed out on November 18, 2011, leaving her in the hotseat of Live! With Kelly.

Michael Strahan was announced as the new co-host and Live! With Kelly and Michael premiered September 4, 2012.

I think she looks good. I just don't watch her show any longer. I didn't think she needed a man to carry the show.

Kelly's body is starting to look like a plucked chicken, her kids look so much healthier than she does. She must take dieting & workouts to the extreme.

Why does everything have to be about sex and the flesh? Why can't anything be about the spirit and the inner person anymore?
