Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans 'pregnant with second baby'... but her mother still has custody of her four-year-old son Jace

Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans is reported to be pregnant with her second baby.

It will be the 21-year-old and her boyfriend Nathan Griffith's first child together.

'Jenelle is definitely pregnant,' a source told In Touch Weekly while another source added that the reality star 'has only told her closest friends and a few people in her family.'

However, despite Wednesday's happy news, Evans still does not have custody of her four-year-old son Jace with her mother Barbara currently in charge of the youngster.

'Jenelle is obviously going to go through with the pregnancy, but is scared of all the backlash from haters who still judge her for not having custody of her son, Jace,' the source continued.

But the new pregnancy is unlikely to help Jenelle regain custody, says a source.

'It sucks,' said the insider. 'I know she wants to prove she's doing better, but having another baby without custody of her first isn't helping.'

The couple are said to have planned the baby, with E! reporting that she told friends over the summer that they were 'trying.'

It is not yet clear how far Jenelle is in her pregnancy, but E! claims MTV, who airs Teen Mom 2, has already filmed her doctor's appointment for season five.

and that the network plans on making Evans' pregnancy part of her upcoming storyline.

Griffith also has a daughter, Emery, 2, from a previous relationship.

To make this situation even more interesting, Evans is still legally married to Courtland Rogers, who is currently in jail, and E! News learns that there are "no plans to divorce."

Although she did admit to having two drinks and two shots earlier in the night.

RadarOnline reported that, as the driver of the vehicle, Nathan, 25, was charged with DUI, speeding, driving on the wrong side of the road, resisting arrest and driving with a suspended license.

He reportedly was booked at 2:18am with bail was set at $5000, which was paid by Jenelle.

On August 12, Jenelle was in court to answer charges from her April 23 arrest for possession of heroin, prescription drugs, drug paraphernalia and assault of her estranged husband, Courtland Rogers.
