New stills from the upcoming Martin Scorsese film The Wolf Of Wall Street released on Wednesday showed star Leonardo DiCaprio living it up.

The 39-year-old actor has the lead role of corrupt stockbroker Jordan Belfort in the film based on a true story.

The film also stars Matthew McConaughey as a shady mentor who shows Leonardo's character how to manipulate the markets and they are shown together dining with the New York cityscape in the background.

Jonah Hill also stars in the film as Donnie Azoff who becomes fast friends and business partners with Leonardo's character.

They're shown hugging and also together in a room with a blonde woman wearing a bikini with wads of bills taped all over her body.

Martin Scorsese directed the film and he was shown with Leonardo and blonde co-star Margot Robbie setting up a particularly kinky scene.

A trailer released last month for the movie showed Leonardo's character grovelling on the ground as Margot's character digs her high heels into his face.

Scorsese agreed to trim some nudity and sex scenes in the movie to get an R rating instead of the NC-17 that would have restricted the movie to only adult audiences, according to a report on Wednesday by The Hollywood Reporter.

The film was headed toward the NC-17 rating due to several explicit sex scenes and depiction of drug use.

The film is Scorsese's longest movie to date coming in a minute longer than Casino.

Bruno - not since Titanic has he done a sappy romantic film. Have you watched Blood Diamond, Inception, The Departed??? And this one isn't one either!

It'll be well worth spending 3 hours watching this ... Leo will make the film his own ... his acting has just got better and better over the past 6 or so years .. Blood Diamond is a favourite of mine but that might also be because Jennifer Connelly is in it :-)
