He may have sold millions of records worldwide with his One Direction bandmates, but when it comes to cutting the grass, Harry Styles doesn't exactly fill his parents with confidence.

The singer is seen crashing a lawn mower in an unseen clip from the teen heartthrobs' movie One Direction: This Is Us, as his mother and father watch on.

The 19-year-old shouts: 'I've got no breaks, I've got no breaks,' before a thud can be heard from behind a tree.

The star, who has recently been linked with Daisy Lowe and Kendall Jenner, is then seen reversing back with a cheeky grin on his face suggesting it was all a ploy for a laugh.

'He raids the fridge and makes a mess, like every other teenage person. He has quite a comedic streak.'

Harry is seen wandering about his family's kitchen in a brown jumper and black woolly hat, before making a sandwich.

His mother is seen helping him, before he quips: 'What a team,' before he raises his hand in the air for a high five.

The film offers a glimpse into Harry's, and the other four members', normal lives as well as following what goes on on tour.

One Direction have barely stopped since they auditioned for The X Factor in 2010, and they completed their Take Me Home world tour last month.

On Thursday, the lads performed their new track Story Of My Life on Italy's version of the show, taken from their latest album Midnight Memories.

One Direction: This is Us is out on Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray and DVD on December 19 from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

I really don't like this woman. She sold a mini on Ebay that Harry had bought for her. Instead of just putting it is a mini, she had to put Harry got this and he has sat in it to make more money. Making money out of her own son's talent !

The other boys all went home too and have clips in the film... But of course, you think Harry is the only member of One Direction so you don't write about the others. Zzzzzz

Typical DM I watched the footage and there is lots on the other boys like Louis picks up his little sisters and Zayn is chilling with his family and Niall's best man speech but again you only just wrote about Harry. Although to be fair his bit was the funniest how cute is his relationship with his mother? Evidently he is my celeb crush these days

Harry is really down to earth and I hope he remains that way! And yes he really is like any other teenage boy. When I met him I really expected to meet someone with a huge ego and arrogant but he was so down to earth I forgot he was Harry Styles haha!! And let's just say he was checking every girl that passed by it was so refreshing and funny to watch!
