Petra Ecclestone enjoyed another day out Thursday, but while older sister Tamara was nowhere in sight she had good company in the form of baby daughter Lavinia.

Indeed, the socialite was spotted as she ventured into a Beverly Hills restaurant with her only child, who looked adorable with a white Alice band on her head.

Fashion forward Petra had opted to dress down for girls day out, with her casual ensemble comprised of beige long sleeved top and camouflage print trousers.

On trend trainer boots from Isabel Marant and a distinctive Birkin handbag completed the look, while her eyes remained hidden behind a pair of large Aviator sunglasses.

In keeping with her casual outfit Petra opted to pare the make-up back, with the merest hint of subtle colour tones evident as she cradled her daughter.

The F1 heiress has been enjoying some quality time with pregnant sister Tamara and brother-in-law Jay Rutland after they jetted to Southern California following a romantic break in New York City.

Shortly before boarding a flight from New York to LA on Thursday devoted dog owner Tamara posted a cute snap of her adorable new pooch with the caption: ‘Travelling to LA with our new addition.’

The F1 heiress later shared her delight at being on the west coast with Petra and her 10-month old niece, writing: ‘So happy to be in LA with Jay and the family and of course the cutest little girl in the world!’

Tamara is expected to give birth to her first child with Jay in around five months’ time – and she admits she’s eager to know the sex of her unborn child as quickly as possible.

She told MailOnline: 'I’m definitely going to find out the sex! I need to know, I need to plan.

‘It’s nice to have a surprise, but I couldn’t cope with not knowing for the next six months!'

Tamara and Jay married on the French Riviera in June, four months after they announced their engagement.

Their lavish wedding ceremony reportedly cost £7 million.
