'Pure love': Pretty Little Liars star Tammin Sursok shows off daughter Phoenix, only two months old, while revealing an amazing post-baby body

Tammin Sursok looked thrilled to be showing off her daughter Phoenix, aged two months, at an LA park this week.

'Pure love. My daughter Phoenix,' she tweeted on Wednesday.

The Pretty Little Liars actress, 30, who was joined by husband Sean McEwen, also looked happy with her impressive post-baby body which she flaunted in skinny jeans.

Pairing her slim-fitting jeans with a leather jacket and ankle boots, the Australian actress proved that she really did lose the 35 pounds of baby weight just months after giving birth on October 8.

With her dark hair hanging loose and wearing minimum make-up, the former Home And Away soap star was fully focused on the little bundle in her arms.

As for Phoenix, she was wrapped in a fluffy pink hooded jacket and blue spotted bottoms, looking like she didn't have a care in the world.

Co-parenting: The two-month-old little girl is just as comfortable with her mum or her dad

Doting dad Sean, who is also an actor and producer, couldn't get enough of his daughter either, as he crouched in the grass wearing jeans, a smart jacket and checked shirt - not caring if he got baby spill on it.

The couple, who were married in Florence, Italy, in August 2011, took it in turns to hold their first child, as they passed Phoenix between them with ease.

Behind them was a large black and grey baby stroller filled with lilac blankets.

Also a budding photographer, she has been flooding her Twitter and Instagram pages with family photos since Phoenix arrived two months ago, weighing in at 10 pounds.

'I still get butterflies picking up my husband from the airport. That's love,' the former Young and the Restless star tweeted on Tuesday about the father of her child.

Fans have marveled at how the fitness fanatic dropped the pregnancy weight so quickly, and Tammin credits feed delivery service, Paleta.

'I really want to thank @eatPALETA for their incredible food delivery service available for new mums,' tweeeted Sursok on October 17. 'You have been a life saver for us.'

By avoiding dairy, legumes, sugars and trans-fats, and eating delicious portion-controlled meals and smoothies, the actress is already back to her normal size.

She even followed the program during her pregnancy, going on a special plan for mums-to-be. 'The Paleta Pregnancy Meal Program has been wonderful! I have so much energy and feel so healthy! It’s been the perfect experience during this very special time,' she wrote while she was expecting.

Fully embracing motherhood in every way, Tammin posted a photo of her lying in bed with Phoenix on Friday, with the baby's little legs stretched out over her mum's slim limbs.
