Keeping up with mommy! Seal treats daughter Lou to lunch at one of ex Heidi Klum's favourite Hollywood eateries

Seal and his ex-wife Heidi Klum have sometimes clashed since they split up in Jaunary 2012, but the British singer/songwriter remains a devoted dad to their four children.

On Saturday Seal, 50, was seen exiting Cecconi's restaurant in West Hollywood with one of his daughters, four-year old Lou, whom he carried in his arms.

Little Lou wouldn't have needed much help with the menu as just a couple of weeks ago she was at the same restaurant with her mother, who is a fan of the chic cuisine on offer.

The bald singer wore a navy T-shirt that showed off his muscular torso, low-slung, faded jeans and yellow sneakers. He also wore mirrored sunglasses.

In his right arm, he toted a black overcoat and Lou, while in his left hand he held a camera - no doubt to capture the family outing for posterity.

Little Lou, who has cascading curly locks, wore a gray sweatshirt, jeans the zipped at the ankle and little red, patent leather boots.

His other children, 9-year-old Leni and sons Johan, 7, and Henrey, 8, may have been with them, but were not photographed.

Cecconi's seems to be a popular spot for Seal and his ex, as Heidi was seem leaving the spot with her kids and parents, Ema and Gunther Klum, in tow on December 1, before the group went on a shopping spree.

Seal was married to the 40-year-old Project Runway host/ judge and America's Got Talent judge from 2005 until they split nearly two years ago.

Klum is now dating her former bodyguard Martin Kristen since September 2012, while Seal has kept his romantic life quiet from the public.

Back when Heidi's new relationship was revealed, Seal ranted when he was asked by TMZ about pictures of his estranged wife cosying up to her bodyguard, who had worked for the family during Seal and Heidi's union, on a family vacation in Sardinia.

He replied: 'Whilst I didn't expect anything better from him, I would have thought that Heidi would have shown a little more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help.'

But however unambiguous his words sounded, a representative for the British singer yesterday backtracked, claiming he had not meant to accuse Heidi of cheating.

The pair has since managed to be on better terms.
