Who's the mystery man? Australian star Sophie Monk gets amorous in the street with an unknown blond

Australian actress Sophie Monk, 34, has been spotted getting rather amorous with a mystery man in Melbourne over the weekend.

The actress, who is sporting long, blonde hair at the moment, embraced the man in a rather intimate way grabbing the back of his neck and head with both hands and pulling the man into a Hollywood movie style clinch.

The star and her mystery man were on the street in Melbourne’s Southbank and both wore head-to-toe black, despite the soaring temperatures.

The star lent on her mystery man as she lifted up her shoe to inspect the no-doubt expensive damage.

Along with her uber-expensive heels Sophie wore lace patterned leggings that were cut off mid-calf and a tight, dropped-hem leather and cotton black t-shirt.

The star has just been announced as the new co-host of 2Day FM’s breakfast show – a radio station that’s based in Sydney, which the pretty blonde will be hosting with Jules Lund and Merrick Watts.

Speaking to The View, Sophie said: ‘“I feel like we’re at second base when it comes to bonding. Nah I’m kidding, I know them both well already.

‘It’s going to be so different to any radio that I’ve ever done because we’re so visual and naturally comedic. It’s going to be so colourful.’

Sophie has plenty of experience on the airwaves in her native country - she has regular appeared on the Kyle & Jackie O Show and Sea FM’s breakfast show on the Gold Coast.

The 34-year-old, who previously dated Benji Madden, found fame in her native Australia in a girl group before moving to the US in search of an acting career in Hollywood, has previously confessed to having surgery 'everywhere'.

The star, who has appeared in the comedies Click and Date Movie, was famed for having collagen injected into her lips following a botched removal of a cyst.

'Half of my lip was removed with the cyst, and I was advised to get filler in my top lip to help balance it out,' she told Australia's Who magazine in 2011.

'I should have said no to the filler in the first place but I trusted the doctor.'

She didn't say if her ex-boyfriend, plastic surgeon Dr John Diaz, performed the procedure.
