But no one can deny Gisele Bundchen is a hands-on mother.

The 33-year-old displayed her flawless figure in a skimpy bikini as she effortlessly carried her four-year-old son Benjamin under one arm after a day at the beach in Miami, Florida on Sunday.

The supermodel looked incredible in the tiny swimsuit, which featured a black-and-white striped pattern.

Gisele appeared to be wearing no make-up and let her famous hair fall in soft waves over her shoulders.

She was seen walking along the sand carrying a striped towel, a bag full of children's beach toys, as well as her little boy's shoes.

At one point she lifted him up without breaking a sweat as they walked through a grassy area.

Benjamin, whose father is NFL quarterback Tom Brady, looked adorable in blue-and-red shorts.

The mother-of-two was later seen standing on her balcony, her impossibly toned stomach on display.

Gisele tweeted a picture Monday morning showing her and Benjamin practising yoga on the beach, presumably from Sunday.

The Brazilian beauty caused a furor over a Twitter picture last week showing her breastfeeding her one-year-old daughter Vivian while a team of stylists worked on her hair and makeup.

'What would I do without this beauty squad after the 15 hours flying and only 3 hours of sleep?' wrote Gisele.

Meanwhile, Gisele was spotted later Sunday evening waiting patiently for her husband outside his locker room after his team the New England Patriots lost to the Miami Dolphins.

Gisele looked a bit glum as she stood with her arms crossed, no doubt disappointed on Tom's behalf

But having his doting wife present didn't seem to ease Tom's bitterness over losing the game.

In a press conference following the event, he swore on live TV, bemoaning his teams 'sh***y plays' before abruptly leaving the room.

I bet no matter what everyone says, those children are very happy and well taken care of. Gisele seems to be a very good mother.

Seems like a nice family, but the real supermoms are the ones who make sacrifices on a daily basis for their kids, don't have unlimited funds, and don't look like supermodels mainly because they never get enough sleep, time to pamper their looks, or "me" time. Now, those are Supermoms!
