She admitted even she was shocked at the final edit of her pop video Work B***h, and ended up cutting raunchy scenes from the promo herself.

But now Britney Spears has given fans a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the controversial clip, which saw her pretend to whip a lingerie clad woman.

The 32-year-old shared on Monday an Instagram snap of herself leaning against a wall while wearing nothing but a leather bra and skimpy shorts from the video shoot.

Posing seductively, the Baby One More Time singer wore stiletto pumps in the still as a scantily clad woman knelt down beside her.

The two woman strike the sultry poses as a large camera on a crane is positioned over them.

Spears captioned the snap: 'Behind the scenes photo from the #WORKBXXCH music video for my upcoming E! Documentary... #IAmBritneyJean'.

In the video, which debuted in October, she plays master in various bondage-themed situations, including a scene where she holds a leather-clad women on a leash and even whips a woman who is crawling on her hands and knees.

Meanwhile, the behind-the-scenes still Britney shared on Monday was from her upcoming documentary produced by E!.

The two hour show I Am Britney Jean will air on Sunday.

Also in the pipeline is the star's two-year Las Vegas residency, which begins later this month.

The Louisiana native will earn $15 million per year for 50 shows in 2014 and 2015 at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

By comparison, Caesars Palace is paying Celine Dion $100 million a year and Cher received $60 million a year for three years.

Britney will also be managing a relationship with her boyfriend David Lucado as she plays mother to her two sons - Jayden, seven and Sean Preston, eight, during her Las Vegas stint.

This is 'art' is it? Great example for young girls. Not. Proper singers like Adele, Gladys Knight, Dusty Springield & Aretha used their voices to sell records, not their bodies.

With images like this plastered all over the internet (and I'm only talking about the DM website here) there is not a chance in hell of protecting the vulnerable young from viewing worse material either now or later on. This site is merely the thin end of the wedge so such sites have a lot to answer for, though they would never acknowledge that.

Look at her in that bottom photo(the real Britney). She is very stiff. Her smile is forced and fake. Her face older looking and her body larger and less toned. I truly feel she hates the limelight. She's always been someone's puppet and in videos her body is morphed thinner and her voice synthetically altered. I find it pathetic. Yet people eat it up.

Somehow I agree slightly, but to me she is far better than 'Queen B' and 'Riri' *rolls eyes*, as neither of them can sing or dance.....well, stomp about the stage, pulling funny faces, and being to out of breath to try and mime properly.
