The Conference on Networked Systems (NetSys) provides a forum for
engineers and scientists in academia, industry and government to
discuss innovations in the realm of networked systems, including
aspects of networking, distributed systems, communications,
middleware and applications.
This biennial conference is the successor of the conference series Kommunikation in Verteilten Systemen (KiVS), which was started more than 30 years ago and developed to the major scientific event in German-speaking countries in the field of communications and distributed systems. While similar in scope, NetSys 2013 particularly invites international contributions and will serve as an English speaking forum addressing all aspects of networked systems.
Besides original research contributions we invite proposals for demonstrations, tutorials, workshops and panels. In addition, NetSys 2013 will offer an industry track for high quality presentations on all aspects of virtualization technologies, including cloud computing, network virtualization, and virtualization in embedded systems.
