She wrote "glutinous" but did she mean "gluttonous?" If you're gluten-free because of celiac disease it doesn't make sense to binge on gluten all week. Guess it's a spelling error.

Photo 1 - she's clenching her muscles which gives MUCH more definition, but when you unclench it all goes back to normal. I know, I do this in my own selfies ha ha!
