Sukesh Jakharia CEO

As the President and CEO of SPINX, Sukesh directs company operations, including digital strategy, programming and design, oversees financial management and spearheads client development. His vision and strategy has propelled the company into a high-growth trajectory while building lasting relationships with clients. He holds a Master's in computer science from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. He’s involved with community service and has led community organizations. Sukesh is also a member of the Burbank and Glendale Chamber of Commerce. When he's not providing clients' with excellent service, he spends his spare time on the greens with his laptop.

Jill Schmidt Business Developement

Jill Schmidt is a genuine business enthusiast who is passionate about connecting brands with their audience online and strategizing technical solutions that impact business’ bottom line. She has been responsible for business development and the full-cycle development of digital projects from strategy, design, and content to programming, launch, and post-launch marketing for over 5 years. Prior to joining SPINX, Jill was a partner at a boutique agency, 337 Design, and formerly worked in the Corporate Development department at Hilton Hotels Corporation where she was a Project Manager, managing strategic partnerships and corporate-wide initiatives. Jill has a Bachelor of Arts, Entertainment & Media Management degree from Columbia College Chicago.

Atousa Farahani Marketing Associate

A recent Los Angeles transplant, Atousa is a digital marketing professional with several years' experience with top agencies all over the world. Having called San Francisco, New York, and Berlin her home, she keeps up to date with both existing and emerging online marketing channels. Atousa has been the social voice many large brands, including Belvedere Vodka, Endemol Italia, Estee Lauder, and Ferrero Rocher. She has a deep appreciation for creative people and technologies, but is qualitative and quantitative nerd at heart. As a digital analyst, she finds no greater satisfaction than growing a brand's digital presence, then creating engaging presentations to bring insights to life. Atousa's fluent in English, Farsi and attempting to master Italian (with mixed results). She's also addicted to Yelp, is the proud owner of a toilet trained cat named Larry, and has been a long-time fan of ’77 pop punk since ‘96.

Chris Jordan Junior Designer

For the past 10 years, when he wasn’t travelling the world playing music, Chris was honing his design skills and keeping current on trends in web interaction. Chris has been enamored with the web since the days of dial-up; growing up he cut his teeth crafting sites for friends and eventually spawned a full-service freelance design and development business. A strong background in customer relations plus a heavy dose of project management and marketing experience have primed him to function well at an agency like SPINX and bring a well-rounded perspective to the table. When he’s not designing or nerding out on the latest web technology, he can be found sipping tea and watching too much British comedy.

Greg Szimonisz Account Executive

Greg is a member of our account management team. As a partner in a tech start-up company, he became a true believer in web development and web marketing as powerful tools to grow a global business. His experience has given him a firm grasp on digital strategy and how it can help his clients meet their business goals. When he's not at his computer, Greg is usually exploring the great outdoors with a camera in hand.

Rajesh Bhimbha Technical Project Manager

Working with SPINX since 2006, Rajesh has a unique ability to perform many skills that allows a total “hands on” in every aspect of a project, start to finish. He has worked with and managed resources on small to large-scale web projects across media, lending design leadership to: user interface, web applications, and mobile apps. With over 15 years’ experience in IT industry, he has designed and managed 200+ projects.

Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Ipcowala – Santram College of Fine Arts where he studied applied art. Rajesh has also studied advanced multimedia which covers many tools of graphic design, 2D & 3D animation, audio & video editing. Rajesh holds distinction in both of his study Fine arts & Multimedia.

He began his career at Spinx as a Creative director and quickly moved to management and the technical direction of the company.

Lisa Steward Project Manager

Lisa has a natural excitement and enthusiasm for using digital technology to help businesses grow their brand. As a detail-oriented person, she loves digging into the nitty-gritty parts of projects and coordinating digital solutions that mesh together UX strategy, modern design, and the latest development techniques. With a background in client relations and marketing, Lisa graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL with a Bachelors of Science in Business Marketing. She considers herself a "dabbler" in UX design and front-end development and tries to always be learning and experiencing new things. In her spare time, you may find her sampling unique food around LA, or behind the wheel of a car roadtripping to new places.

Hailing from Seattle, Ben has been developing web solutions for businesses, creative entrepreneurs, and brands for over a decade. From his humble beginnings as a designer at a leading Chicago web design company, to his own boutique agency, 337 Design, Ben has worked with clients including Yahoo, Sony Pictures, and Hilton Hotels. Having produced countless web and video projects, Ben enjoys the both creative and technical side of digital strategy. Here at SPINX he helps keep the wheels of the bus greased and running, and provides strategy for clients from marketing to creative.

Keyur Ajmera Senior Programmer

Keyur is Senior Developer at Spinx with extensive experience and know-how. Not only does Keyur hold a master's degree in Computer Science, he has worked in the IT field for past eight years. The opportunities have provided Keyur with the aptitude to deliver high-quality products to an array of satisfied clients. He has worked on a wide variety of development projects, ranging from simple to complex website and mobile development to creating an artificial intelligence engine. Keyur analyzes and oversees numerous Spinx projects throughout the development process to ensure completion and quality. What makes Keyur a fundamental part of the team is his continuous passion and desire to learn more about software development. When not busy writing code and enabling applications to come to life, Keyur loves to travel and explore nature's wonders, as well as hone his skills in table tennis and become a ping pong master someday.

Alessandra Ruiz Senior Designer

A creativity junkie and crazed perfectionist at heart, Alessandra is a multifaceted Creative who's been on the forefront of Graphic Design for almost 10 years.

Her experience encompasses Front-end and Interface Web design, product management, Brand Identity (logos, brochures, stationary, etc.), Solution architecture, Web Ads and Photography as well as Usability Experience and User Experience Optimization.

Native of exotic Peru, Alessandra graduated as a top student from one of the most prestigious private universities in Lima—Universidad de San Ignacio de Loyola. Her style is unique, with a zest that spells success.

Artin Kiassati UX Designer

Artin is a user experience designer and strategist at SPINX. Since hand-coding his first website 12 years ago, he has had the opportunity to wear a hat on almost every stage of the project life-cycle, including visual design, development, animation, project management, QA, strategy and UX. He started his own agency and worked with the biggest brands of his home country, before moving to Los Angeles and joining SPINX.

Artin's biggest passion is traveling, as he's always planning the next trip, researching routes and costs, and bugging Sukesh about opening offices overseas.

Bernadette Tividad Office Coordinator

A recent graduate with a BS in Computer Information Systems, Bernadette, or Bernie, is the Office Coordinator at Spinx. Not only she plays the important role of presenting a good and professional image to Spinx's visitors and clients, but also makes sure there's enough caffeine for everyone. Bernie goes beyond the typical administrative tasks and help the rest of the Spinx team to successfully complete projects. "I enjoy being able to contribute to our web projects, because not only it gives me a little bit of variety in my daily office routine, but more importantly the learning experience I gain from doing even the smallest tasks!"

Hobbies and Interests: Going to concerts, mobile photography, spending time with friends and family, road trips, reading, writing, social networking, and people-watching.

Side Job: Finding inspiration in everything!

Nilesh Macwan Project Manager

Nilesh joined the SPINX team in 2010 as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, Nilesh is responsible for understanding the project requirements and successfully delivering the finished product. Nilesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from Xavier Institute of Computer Science. He and has been in the IT field for more than a decade with 7 years of experience in web and 4 years in mobile.

In his spare time, Nilesh enjoys listening to music, playing the keyboard and drawing pencil sketches.
