Beach bum: Lady Victoria Hervey shows off YET ANOTHER bikini on the beach in Barbados

It may be the day of resolutions, but Lady Victoria Hervey is clearly not willing to change her approach to beach wear any time soon.

The 37 year-old has been enjoying Christmas and New Year in the sovereign island country of Barbados sporting a variety of interesting outfits - and Wednesday's offering is no different.

The socialite donned a strapless green bra top and mixed it up with some snakeskin-effect bottoms for her latest day on the beach.

Accessorised with a chunky gold chain - and a smaller choker chain, which featured a chipmunk's face - Victoria was happy to be seen monkeying around in the water.

Capping her look with some over-sized sunglasses, she looked every inch the typical beach bum.

Especially when she took to the waves for an adventurous ride on a jet ski, which saw her garner the attention of onlookers.

But the latest look was a marked improvement on her previous fashion statement. Just 24 hours earlier the blonde beauty had donned a head-to-toe onesie with an dalmatian dog print in black and white.

Complete with floppy 'dog ears' and a nose, the former 'it' girl looked a million miles away from her immaculately-dressed self which rose to notoriety a decade ago.

She was joined by a friend who decided to follow her lead and wear a Scooby Doo costume.

Fortunately, she only wore the outfit for fun as she sported an alluring two-piece underneath.

Shortly after playing around, she stripped down to her bikini and enjoyed the warm weather. Only a short time later did she feel the need to cover-up again - wearing a sequined jacket and bowler hat.

Just a day earlier and she had sported a blue wrap-around bikini.

Keeping her beach side look simple the British socialite opted to go make-up free with her blonde hair pushed off her face.

Around her neck she wore a long pendant necklace which created a very bohemian beachside look.

After enjoying some time walking up and down the sand Victoria was seen taking a dip in the warm water before  slipping on a white sundress and heading back to her accommodation.

Just the day before she was seen being rather more active and treated herself to a water ski lesson.

And afterwards she didn't seem to be too shy about making friends with her fellow holidaymakers and even posed for a photograph with some members of the paparazzi as she kicked back on the beach while they photographed music mogul Simon Cowell, who is also enjoying a festive break in Barbados.

Posting a snap on her Twitter page, she said: 'Unbelievable. I walked right into the lions den. Simon cowell jetskiing after me!'

In enjoying her sun-soaked Caribbean holiday, Lady Victoria, the elder daughter of the 6th Marquess of Bristol, was taking some time out from penning her upcoming autobiography.

In her attempt to finish the tome, she has been writing ‘for quite a few years’ and is ‘three-quarters done’ after deciding to spend six months living in hotels and journeying around Europe, inspired by her ancestor Frederick, the 4th Earl of Bristol and Bishop of Derry (1730-1803).

She told MailOnline: ‘I set myself six months to live in hotels and be inspired. We are on month four.

'I love being in hotels, having clean sheets every day, being able to order food any time, my laundry being done. Travelling is in my blood, and so is liking luxurious things and spending.’
