Luke Shaw has told Southampton he does not want to leave St Mary’s this month.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal all want the 18-year-old who is valued at more than £20million.

With questions over the futures of Patrice Evra and Ashley Cole, a new left back is seen as a priority for David Moyes and Jose Mourinho.

Meanwhile, Billy Sharp is back at Southampton after a loan spell at Reading who will hold talks in the next  week for a permanent deal.

Why would he leave? Getting boatloads of experience at such a young age. He's a big part of a very enjoyable team to watch. Another 3-4 years at Southampton before the jump to a "big" team would be wise. Same with Barkley at Everton.

Looks a good player but I was hearing quotes of £35m ??? Why ? Because of his nationality Full backs are not worth that sort of cash.... Most midfielders who transfer are not worth that fee...
