Thanks for doing the AMA. I've been a big fan of the Seinfeld TV show. I had all of the seasons of the show on DVD until my #%^*+ of an ex-wife took them in the divorce. :)

Anyways you've rarely acted in films compared to your peers. With such power behind your name, I would have thought you would have done more movies. Have you ever been involved in a movie project but declined or do you have a distaste of acting in movies?

I don't think it's worth anything, I haven't had it looked at but it's not very heavy. I think it's made of cheap material. It's old though and it has been passed down three generations of my family which is cool. I remember my uncle wore it all the time before he passed.

I have a ring that my great grandfather bought during WW2 while over seas. It is a silver ring with some kind of stone in the middle. The stone has a carving of a woman's facial profile. My uncle had it and gave it to me in his will when he died in the 90's. It looks Victorian but I've never had anyone look at it. Plus a small corner of the stone broke off.

I also have a stuffed polar bear from when I was a child. My grandfather gave it to me. It's the only stuffed animal I kept as I got older. It's in storage in my basement though.

I'm both an adoptive and foster parent. I feel the forum is very welcome to adopters. My impression regarding the forum is for birth parents, adoptees and adopters to have a community to discussion questions. With that in mind, I do not believe it is a forum for potential adoptive parents to advertise themselves.

First and foremost, Reddit and this sub-reddit are not a private or public adoption agency. While typical subscribers to this forum would more than likely point out sketchy individuals who may try to adopt, we cannot rely on this forum or website to police everyone. People can misrepresent themselves on reddit and I would hate for a bio-parent to be lulled in a false sense of security.

Again, the original post is simply my opinion and does not convey the rules of the forum or personally attack you, I'm sorry if you feel that way. However, I will not back down in my opinion simply because people may feel less welcome or have their feelings hurt.

Recently I've noticed that there is an increase in posts blaming adoption as a root for ills and woes that have befallen adoptees. That being said, I'm not saying this is or isn't the issue with you. I only post this as advice to ALSO explore other potential causes of your relationship issues and feelings. Good luck with your journey and I wish you well.

Yes, OP said not to bash confessors, but its going to happen. I mean come on its fucking Reddit. Just because you ask not to be called out on your douche move doesn't mean all of Reddit will listen. As a teenager, my maternal grandmother moved in with my family while she was dying. My grandmother was miserable and grumpy. She would talk mean to my father sometimes, not too bad but bad enough. My dad would always ignore her comments and help take care of her. He chalked it up to her being miserable and dying. One day she made a comment that pissed me off but for the life of me I can't remember it. What I can remember is my response. I told her she was being a miserable bitch and she should thank my dad for what he has done. I also reminded her that this was not her home and I couldn't wait until she left. She died an hour later.

My worst fear is trying to take a breath and not being able to do so. I've experienced ths twice in my life and it freaked me out beyond measure. The panic I experienced is undescribable. I'm actually sweating, thinking about it now.

I also have common fears of loneliness, death and fish scales. Fish scales really creep me the fuck out.

I'm not a caterer but I threw my wife a surprise birthday party with her friends and coworkers. No one came. She did the same for me with the same result. We have shitty friends. Now they get pissed when I ignore their phone calls and won't help them with things like moving. So I guess they aren't even friends anymore.
