'I felt a loss like no other when I thought I was no longer pregnant': Jersey Shore's JWoww reveals early scare... as she shows off flat stomach at four months along

JWoww went through a terrifying phase in the early stage of her pregnancy.

Not sure whether she was with child or not, the Jersey Shore star took a test that offered vague results.

Then something happened that made the 27-year-old - whose real name is Jennifer Farley - think she indeed had been pregnant, but lost the child.

'I felt a loss like no other when I thought that I was no longer pregnant,' she revealed Monday in a heart-wrenching blog post on her blog that went along with a photo of her bump at four months.

Most women have an easier time determining if they are pregnant or not, but not this fiancée of Roger Matthews.

'The day before I left for the tanning convention in Nashville... I took a pregnancy test and had a faint line. I was totally confused so I showed Roger and made him buy two more tests,' she started her entry.

'Both times I got faint lines but they were barely visible so I still wasn’t sure.'

She added: 'I looked up everything online and swore I was pregnant but Roger was still skeptical.'

Things only got more confusing when she met up with her reality co-star Snooki, who already has a child.

'I was so anxious because I didn’t know about the pregnancy do’s and don’t’s and wasn’t sure if it was okay for me to fly,' she said.

'While we were at the airport, Nicole [Snooki] and I were going through all the usual magazines making fun of people in them and when I went to the bathroom, I saw blood and panicked.

'So many thoughts were running through my head. I felt a loss like no other when I thought that I was no longer pregnant.

'I whispered it to Roger and for that whole ride we just stared straight ahead and didn’t say a word. I went to bed that night in Nashville praying it was just a thing that happens.'

The next day the star asked her manager to buy a 'stupid proof test.' as she put it - the kind of pregnancy test that says 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant.'

'It said pregnant and she cried and I cried and Roger looked like he was going to pass out! Hahaha,' she wrote.

'That day in Nashville I was on cloud nine. I also want to apologize to anyone in Nashville because I was super nauseous and super happy which probably made me look like a crazy person!'

That night she had an appearance at the Wildhorse Saloon.

'I was so nauseous, I pretended to have food poisoning and told all of Australian Gold that because I didn’t know what to say!' she explained.

'I want to say a big thank you to them for helping me stay so comfortable and flagging down some ginger ale for me.'

JWoww ended her post with a promise to give another pregnancy update in a week.

This is a first child for JWoww and Roger who have not yet set a wedding date.
