She first went topless for a racy car scene in the 2012 drama On the Road.

And Kristen Stewart stripped down again, this time for Balenciaga, in the French fashion house's perfume campaign for Rosabotanica.

In a new behind-the-scenes video, the 23-year-old actress wore little more than intricate flowers and vines affixed to her torso, back, and arms.

As the make-up artist placed the artwork directly on the Twilight starlet, it resembled a three-dimensional tattoo.

'It looks like the vines are starting to grow into her and they are becoming a part of her and she's clearly very comfortable there and owning it a little bit more,' Kristen tells the camera.

The tomboyish performer - who normally avoids florals - easily transformed into an ethereal mother nature of sorts.

Describing her character, Stewart said: 'It's like she knows the environment so well that when the lens steps in to look at her it's like, "I’ve been here for so long, now who is looking at me?"'

So stunning. I truly think no pictures really capture the beauty of this girl when she talks and smiles.

Kristen is easily THE most beautiful woman in HW now or anywhere in the world ! She has a natural beauty that can't be painted on or needs air brushed. Some say she can't act? She doesn't need to ! She just has to look over her shoulder or directly into the camera. She doesn't HAVE to smile. Everyone continually talks about Kim K being beautiful ? She doesn't EVEN get close to Kristen's beauty. Good luck with the Chanel shoots I know they will be fantastic !! Welcome to Texas !!!!!

As clever as the campaign may be, there's something creepy about it too. Of course Kristen Stewart is beautiful; she has class features and good bone structure.

'What I like about this is that I didn't have to turn into a different person,' Stewart said. Again trying to say she is different when the only reason people know her is because of some trashy novel. She is a terrible actress and no amount of pseudo babble with change that.
