Skinnier Now Tips..
Try bronzing powder underneath your cheeks and jawbone to make your face appear

* Wear Contour underneath your cheekbones, It'll bring out your cheekbones and make
you look thinner
* Tans also normally makes a person look slimmer (a lot of self tanners work great for
tans, don't bake in the sun cause you'll look like leather face in the long run. This is
what I mean by leather face. Yeah, icky.)
* Scrub off in the shower, you normally have a pound of dirt/dead skin on you.
* The use of a lot of eye make up can make your eyes bigger. The bigger your eyes
look, the smaller your face will appear to others.
* You can even make up your legs; yes, really, why not? Put a vertical line of oil on the
middle part of your legs, so that it makes your bone shine. You will find that your legs,
due to the extra shine, actually appear a bit longer!
* The more volume you give to your hair, the better it will be for making your face look
smaller. Once done, try to remember to play with it from time to time.
* Wear black, black makes everyone look thinner
* Don't be tempted to go baggy. The look will only add weight to your figure. Balance a
full skirt with a fitted shirt. A long flowing top looks best with long lean pants.
* Pleated pants are an absolute NO-NO. Flat front styles instantly tuck you in. Less
fabric means less bulk.
* Dark stretch jeans are comfortable and forgiving. Make sure you're wearing your
correct size by checking the side seams. They should run in a straight line. A curving,
crooked seam indicates that you need a different size or style.
* Wear control top pantyhose even under pants and for the summer (when wearing
pants) cut the legs off of them so it won't be so hot
* Wear a girdle.
* Wear platfarms/heels, taller you are the thinner you'll look
* Bracelets can sometimes make your wrist look thinner also chokers can sometimes
make your neck look thinner too
* Wear wide leg pants. While at first it would seem that wide leg pants would make you
look bigger than you are, in fact, the wide leg style in most cases creates a nice straight
line, creating the illusion of longer legs. This, in turn, makes you look taller and is very
forgiving. If you'd like something a little more interesting than traditional wide leg pants,
look for cuffed leg. Style Note: Try to avoid cuffed pants if you are under 5'5. Cuffed
pants tend to make short legs look shorter.
* Wear bootcut/slight flare jeans. Jeans are an everyday item, and because they're worn
so often, they should be the items that we put the most effort into buying. Boot cut
jeans, and jeans with a slight flare, are going to be flattering on every body type. Again,
we're going for long clean lines, and creating a soft silhouette, which really adds up to a
pretty, slimming look.
* Don't get caught up on size. A huge and very common mistake when shopping is that
we get too caught up on the number on the tag, and not the fit. Sizing runs different in
all stores, so make sure you try on a variety of sizes to get the best fit. Wearing
something that's too small for you can make you look a lot bigger than your actually
are, so make sure you find the right fit.
* The longer the better. One of my personal pet peeves when it comes to dressing is
pants that are too short. There are certain lengths for Capri's and flood pants, but the
worst thing for your figure is pants that are too short, and cut off the leg. You want to
make sure that your pants are long enough to cover most of your shoe. The longer, the
better. See the reoccurring theme here? Long lines create long legs which creates a
slimmer look!
* Don't be clingy. When shopping for pants, try and look for pants made of heavier
fabrics so they don't cling to your leg. There's nothing worse than fabrics clinging to
your body, showcasing all of your flaws. Look for fabrics that are floaty and light, which
tend to pull away from the body.
* Focus on your assets. Every single one of us have wonderful assets that we want to
play up. If you have gorgeous legs, go for a nice full knee length skirt or shorts. If
you've got great arms, go for sleeveless tops. Got a great waist? Play it up with a blazer
that cinches at the waist, or add a belt to pull it in.
* Back pockets. This is also something else that is an afterthought for most of us.
Pocket size on jeans can really make or break the jeans. Pockets can either make your
bum look bigger or can really flatter it. When shopping, look for jeans that have decent
size pockets, relative to size of the seat. Steer very clear of too tiny pockets that can
make your bottom look huge. Instead look for fun cargo flap pockets or bigger pockets
that are situated lower on the jeans to make your bottom look higher. Try on as many
styles and washes as possible to ensure you get the best look.
* A-Line isn't for All of us. A-line dresses and skirts were always known as the best
skirts out there, that flattered everyone. Well, that's not always true. A-line dresses can
create a tent effect and give you a shapeless look and add pounds within minutes.
Always try on a dress before buying, and find out if A-line works for you. Style Note:
Empire waist tops and dresses can create the same effect, so watch out for baby doll
style tops.
* Don’t use clothes that are too colourful, as that will only attract more eyes on the
areas that you really would like to hide.
* Loosen the pockets, and avoid filling them up. Full pockets add bulk, not the visual
effect you are looking for when you are trying to look thinner.
* Take those ace bandage like things and wrap it around your stomach (but not so tight
it hurts, also don't wear pantyhose or girdle over it I learned it hurts bad)
* Stand/sit straight it can make you look 10 pounds less... posture helps everyone look
thinnner!!
* watch the salt, it can make you contain water which will make you look a few pounds
heavier

five secrets to appearing 10 pounds thinner in photos. You can practice these tips in front of
a mirror, but we suggest locking your door first so as not to be caught appearing vain.

Secret No. 1: Turn partially sideways to the camera, planting one foot in front of the other.
Point your toe to the camera and place your weight on your back foot.

Secret No. 2: Pull head forward slightly to minimize any appearance of a double chin.

Use objects you are holding to your advantage by placing them in front of parts of you you'd
prefer to hide. A purse or corsage in front of your belly. A jacket slung over the shoulder.

How to Dress Slimmer
Body weight fluctuates. While not everyone can be a small size, the clothes you
wear can make you look thinner, or (gasp!) larger. It's your choice. You don't need
to completely cover your body if you have extra weight, and not every one of
these tips will work for you. Find out what flatters your figure and stick with it. You
have some great features, so accentuate the best and accessorize the rest.

One caveat. A small weight gain may make your clothes feel tighter, so it's a good
idea to have some "fat" clothes available for those occasions. Don't feel bad.
Every woman experiences this but there are ways to neutralize the problem.
These tricky tips for clothing, color, and accessories will tell you how to dress
slimmer, and ultimately, look thinner.


Find a good fit. Clothes that are too tight or too baggy will make you appear larger.
Choose darker solid colors such as black, navy blue and gray.
Dress monochromatic, all in one color, top to bottom, no patterns.
If you want to wear patterns, go for smaller ones that overlap.
Avoid horizontal stripes. Look for thin vertical and and diagonal lines for a fluid
look.
Select bold accessories to draw attention away from trouble spots.
Avoid bulky sweaters and sweatshirts.
Always try on clothes. Different designers have different size charts.
Avoid pleats. Flat front pants and skirts are instant slimmers.
Low-rise pants that hit just below your navel will lengthen your torso.

If you have a large bust, invest in a good support bra.
Avoid shiny fabrics such as velour and satin.
High heels add height and shapes your legs. That's why you always see runway
models in heels.
Dark panty hose will make large legs appear thinner.
Stay away from patterned leggings.
Wear undergarment foundations such as control top pantyhose and shapers.
If you prefer wearing a sleeveless dress, cover your upper arms with a sheer,
elegant shawl.
Choose open collar shirts, v-neck shirts, and scoop necklines to make your torso
appear longer.
Avoid small handbags. Stick with a medium-sized bag in proportion to your body.
A dress with a matching coat can hide bulges.
Match your belt and shoes to your skirt or pants to make your legs appear longer.
Don't tuck your shirt in. Buy those that fall just below your waist, but aren't too long.
You can still wear bright colors, just not on your problem areas.
Avoid too-tight pants that cling to your hips and thighs. Instead, try trousers with
comfortable legs and wide cuffs.
For longer, thinner-looking legs, opt for an asymmetrical, tiered skirt.
If you're a petite woman, wear the highest heel you're comfortable with to add
some height.
For longer-looking legs, match your socks and shoes to your trousers.
A thick waistband helps flatten the tummy.
