The AT business has undergone significant growth in the last three years and we're not slowing down any time soon!

As the business has grown, so have our needs in Business Technology. With a new BT structure in place for 2014 and a focus on delivering operational excellence, the role of Infrastructure Manager has been created to ensure AT infrastructure operations consistently exceed business expectations in terms of delivery of service.

One of the main growth areas will be in Desktop Support and Change Management and the Infrastructure Manager will play an integral part in building these teams. These leadership responsibilities will involve the recruitment, training and development and performance management of a team of 24 staff (7 Direct Reports). We are looking for a motivational leader capable of identifying talent, building in house capability and focused on succession planning for the future.

This role will have full accountability for vendor performance in the infrastructure area and will ideally offer senior management experience working for both a service provider and a large corporate where you have been responsible for service availability and performance.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to offer:

* 10+ years' experience in Infrastructure (or Operations) Management
* Proven experience managing a large in-house team (minimum 10+ staff) as well as a large extended team of vendor partners
* Experience in implementing the ITIL foundation processes for example Change and Capacity Management
* Strong technical knowledge of server, storage, network and PC operating systems
* Experience in the oversight of large programmes of work with an infrastructure focus
* A focus on customer service through service desk accountability
* Financial management including cost of service modelling
