Currently our high performing Victorian Sales Team is looking to appoint a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to jump into our call queue and take incoming calls from our customers – who are businesses. They might be looking for a quick price quote, or to check on stock availability or maybe even place an order then and there!
You role is to swing into action and service this customer, making the sales process an easy one for them, ask questions to find out what their needs are, give them accurate pricing information and turn their enquiry into a sale and upsell at any opportunity.
Additional key responsibilities for this position will include;
Maximise cross and up sell opportunities
Order entry and to help our sales support with special pricing queries
Develop sales relationships with our key clients and our product suppliers
Chasing information from other departments to go back to your customer with the right information

To be successful within this role you will have;
A “can-do” attitude coupled with an energy and drive to achieve
Relevant sales experience in a call centre style role and/or technology environment,
Exposure to or interest in computer hardware & software products
A high level of accountability, attention to detail problem-solving and teamwork skills
A great communication style with both customers and internal team members
