The stars turned out Friday for the 6th Annual Fighters Only World Mixed Martial Arts Awards at The Palazzo Resort and Casino Las Vegas.

Former Girls Next Door star and Las Vegas performer Holly Madison, 34, led the parade of stars on the red carpet.

The black-tie event was hosted by Mario Lopez and middleweight fighter Brian Stann.

Madison was a vision in an animal print short dress in shades of brown, tan and black with a black belt.

She wore black stockings and flashy black-and-gold slingbacks.

The blonde beauty wore red and gold chandelier earrings and pretty, fresh make-up.

Also seen on the red carpet were Dancing With the Stars pros Derek Hough and Mark Ballas, looking sharp in suits, former NFL star Terrell Owens, 2011 Playmate of the Year Clair Sinclair and UFC octagon girl Brittney Palmer.

The latter wore a slinky red floor-length gown with a thigh-high slit and zipper detail with gold sequin platform pumps.

Fighters Only is the world's leading mixed martial arts publication.

Awards were given in categories such as Fighter of the Year and Coach of the Year, Female Fighter of the Year, Submission of the Year, Personality of the Year and Ringcard Girl of the Year.

Holly wear her hair and makeup like an old lady. Fake hair color, penciled on eyebrows. Not to mention massive plastic surgery on her face. Notice we rarely see her without makeup? Very bland looking. She's ALWAYS posing too. Fake all the way
