Thanks, but no thanks: Justin Bieber to REJECT prosecutor's plea deal after refusing to volunteer for random drug testing

Pop star Justin Bieber is about to reject a plea deal over demands he should submit for random drug testing, reports say.

The 19-year-old, who was arrested in January, is facing charges in Miami, Florida, of resisting officers and driving under the influence.

The State Attorney was alleged ready to drop both charges if Bieber agreed to undergo random testing for substance use and commit 40 hours of community service, but sources say the singer will reject the offer in a sensational turn of events.

According to website TMZ, sources close to Bieber believe the prosecutor's offer should be declined because Justin doesn't want to be under the constant threat of probation.

As part of the deal, prosecutors also asked that Bieber also attend an alcohol education course as well as a victim impact panel, where he will hear stories from the family and friends of DUI victims.

But sources tell TMZ that Bieber feels this would make him a spectacle.

The Baby singer would also be required to have an ignition interlock device installed in his vehicle for three months.

.Perhaps tellingly, Bieber has just released a new song Broken with some very revealing lyrics.

The track off DJ Tay James’ mixtape We Know the DJ Radio 4! sees Bieber crooning: 'I cannot be broken / They can’t take what’s mine / Someone like me is hard to find.'

The self-defensive song also features rapper Blake Kelly.

Meanwhile, Bieber is reportedly fighting with Florida police over a video that shows him peeing in a jail cell after his arrest for DUI last month.

Miami police have already released one video of the pop star's arrest, showing the 19-year-old getting a pat down at the station.

But Bieber is afraid of a more embarrassing video which shows him urinating and his lawyers are currently asking the court to block the video from being released because it shows his 'private parts'.

According to his lawyers, the video shows Beiber in 'various states of undress which show personal parts'.

A source who has viewed the video told TMZ: 'Justin is seen several times stumbling around while he was taking his tests. As if he had a problem with his balance ... [the video] also shows Justin taking his various tests and eventually taking a piss.

'The stumbling and going to the bathroom is obviously reason enough for his attorneys to request it be sealed ... If I was trying to paint a picture that my client was innocent ... I wouldn’t want a video of him stumbling around and looking out of it to go public either.

This isn't the first time that Beiber has been caught urinating in an inappropriate place.

The singer was filmed last year peeing in a mop bucket at  New York City restaurant - for some reason saying 'F*** Bill Clinton' at the end of the clip.

The video released last week shows Bieber being frisked by Miami police after he was taken in for CUI, drag-racing and driving with an invalid license on January 23.

It's sad Justin Beiber went to Florida several times wearing what he does and not getting shot.

Why offering him a deal, isn't justice the same for all? Other people would have been jailed and that's it but since it's all about this spoiled baby....

If he declines the deal- won't he go to jail? I would rather take the deal. Guess his 'people' really are that stupid.

i have no tolerance for people who drive under the influence cos he has the money to pay someone to drive him. My mum used to drive with me and my siblings while she was under the influence against our will and she used to pull over and conk out and we'd have to wait for a couple of hours for her to wake up.
