Congratulations! Matt Damon and family head to Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky's baby shower ahead of their twins' arrival

If you are about to add two babies to your growing family, who better to have in your inner circle than father-of-four Matt Damon.

The Monuments Men actor, 43, brought along his wife Luciana Barrosa, 37, and their four daughters to Saturday's Los Angeles baby shower for Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky, who are expecting twins.

The doting dad was spotted tending to daughters Isabella, seven, Gia, five, Stella, three, and Alexia, 14, while Luciana was seen chatting with friends outside the home where the party took place.

The Oscar winner was casually dressed in a navy golf shirt, beige cargo shorts and flip-flops. He showed allegiance to his beloved hometown Boston Red Sox with a baseball cap.

His gorgeous wife was more dressed up, in a pretty lightweight black-and-white print, knee-length dress and silver gladiator sandals.

Their three youngest daughters were dressed in sundresses and sandals, while their teen showed her sense of style in a high-waisted, short navy shirt with black, long-sleeve top and short black boots.

Spanish actress Elsa, 37, and her Australian action-star husband Chris, 30, already parents to 21-month-old daughter India, announced last month that they are expecting twins.

Matt and Luciana, who have been married since 2005, are old hats at the parenthood game.

The Bourne Identity star is also a busy actor and producer.

Up next for him is an uncredited role in the sci-fi movie Interstellar, which is due to open in November.

He's also executive producing the TV movie More Time With Family due to air this year. The movie is about a husband and father decides to change careers in order to spend more time with his family.

Chris, meanwhile, won't have too much downtime to spend with his baby twins. The heartthrob has a busy working year ahead, already having four films slated for release in 2015, including Snow White And The Huntsman 2 alongside Kristen Stewart.

Awwww isn't it lovely to witness a Hollywood star who really seems to be down to earth & hasn't married a fellow celebrity. I wonder what he makes of having 4 daughters though. That'll be interesting for him when they are hormonal teens!! Lol
