Ailbhe Burke

Ailbhe Burke studied psychology at universities of Cork and Cambridge, and also studied research methods while at Cambridge. She had a brief stint in health psychology research before joining a research programme on affective disorders at the Institute of Psychiatry in London. This prompted her to study medicine at Cambridge in order to obtain her current position in academic medicine. Ailbhe splits her time between clinical training and research in neurogenetics.
