Are they friends? Kanye West and Jessica Alba dine at fancy Paris restaurant at same time... while Kim Kardashian is back in LA

In January Kanye West took his fiancée Kim Kardashian to L'Avenue in Paris.

On Sunday he was again seen at the posh eatery, but not with his bombshell better half. Instead the 36-year-old was in the company of another exotic beauty, Jessica Alba, 32.

It was not clear if they dined together, but they were at the ritzy location at the same time. Both are in Paris for fashion week, while Kim, 33, is back in Los Angeles with baby North and momager Kris Jenner, 58, after a disastrous trip to Austria.

Kim walked out of the Vienna Opera Ball after standup comedian Chris Stephan in 'blackface' makeup approached her and mimicked the Gold Digger singer. 

Kanye and Jessica may well be friends, since the actress is one of Kim's mates.

The mother-of-two has been wearing a series of stylish outfits over the past week as she hit various designer shows.

On Sunday the actress went to lunch in an eye-catching swing coat in broad stripes of white, light pink and black paired with black pencil trousers and black high heels.

The Sin City star accessorised with a beige handbag and cat-eye sunglasses.

Her brunette tresses were swept to one side, framing her face which was lightly made up in shades of peach.

Jessica returned to her hotel, asking her driver to stop along the way so she could get some cash from an ATM, to change into a stunning yellow jacket with black detail for the Kenzo show.

She wore the same trousers but swapped her handbag for a distinctive black and white clutch. And she changed up her make-up with bright red lipstick.

Jessica arrived in Paris on Monday without her husband of five years, Cash Warren, or their daughters, two-year-old Haven Garner and Honor, five.

Meanwhile, Kanye headed off to the Celine show.

He rocked casual chic in a ripped light blue shirt over baggy stone-washed jeans and light brown boots.

The star and Kim had lunch at L'Avenue in January when they flew to Paris for Haute Couture Fashion Week.
