Painting the town red! Emmy Rossum makes a splash in scarlet accessories as she strolls through Beverly Hills

She pulled out all the style stops for the Oscars over the weekend.

But even a couple days after the swanky awards show, Emmy Rossum was set on keeping her fashionable streak going.

The 27-year-old Shameless star showed what it really means to paint the town red, stepping out with crimson pieces as she ran errands around Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday.

The base of the actress' ensemble was a black-and-white striped blouse and textured, black A-line mini skirt.

Adding some pizazz, Emmy layered on a pair of chic red shades, a coordinating Carolina Herrera shoulder bag, and matching ballet flats.

Her brunette's locks were parted to the side and slicked back whilst grabbing some breakfast to-go. The Phantom of the Opera star also appeared to be make-up free, showing off her clear complexion.

On Sunday, Emmy attended the 2014 Vanity Fair Oscar Party hosted by Graydon Carter in West Hollywood.

'Ok. Post Oscars, cooked a roast chicken dinner, showered, now dressed, lipsticked, and heading to @vanityfair,' the star tweeted before heading to the ritzy event.

Along with the post was a picture of her glittering gown.

Emmy chose to wear a beige Monique Lhuillier dress that featured sheer sleeves and was adorned with beads.

Her Monique Lhuillier shoes coordinating perfectly, and she paired her glamorous gown with jewelry by Chopard.

please define 'make up free' would you? she's clearly wearing lip gloss and who knows what's on under the shades. really do you look at the pics or just dribble on the key board and hope for the best?
