Napoli midfielder Hamsik looks fetching all dressed up in drag for Mardi Gras

Napoli attacking midfielder Marek Hamsik has been in hot form for Rafael Benitez's side this season.

The Slovakian decided to take part in Italy's Mardi Gras celebrations by showing off his feminine side.

Hamsik joined the thousands of party goers in unrecognisable garb.

The Napoli player attended his party decked in a blonde wig - hiding his trademark mohawk - a plunging sparkly pink dress, fishnet tights, huge high heels and a face full of make up.

Hamsik helped Napoli progress against Swansea in the Europa League on Thursday, coming on as a sub and assisting two of the home side's goals.

They play Livorno on Sunday.
