Rosie Pope has welcomed her fourth child with husband Daron.

The Pregnant In Heels star, 34, gave birth to daughter Bridget Monroe earlier this morning, a representative for the couple told Us Weekly.

They revealed that the newborn weighed in at 7lbs, 12oz, and both mother and baby are 'doing great.'

The British-born TV personality, who is based in New York, is already mother to J.R.,five , Wells, three, and Vivienne, 22 months.

She confirmed news of her fourth pregnancy with People in August.

'We couldn't be happier to be having another baby,' she said.

Mrs Pope has not shied away from sharing her fertility struggles and pregnancy journeys on her reality TV show in the past.

While she had some trouble conceiving her first child - suffering two miscarriages - she did not fully understand the reasons until she started trying for her second.

'I had some troubles getting pregnant with my first, but I didn’t think it was alarming,' she told Yahoo! earlier this year.

'I had two miscarriages and then got pregnant eight months later. I thought it was bad luck.'

When she failed to start ovulating after JR's birth, a reproductive endocrinologist diagnosed her with secondary infertility.

The doctor also discovered that her uterus was split in two, a condition that required surgery to fix.

'I ended up going through two rounds of in-vitro fertilization which were both unsuccessful,' she said. 'A third round resulted in an ectopic pregnancy and I had to have emergency surgery to have that fallopian tube removed.'

Then, the impossible happened: 'I got pregnant on my own. . . Then I got pregnant very quickly with baby number three.'

So excited was she about the birth of her daughter, last May, she famously live-tweeted the whole event for fans.

Mrs Pope shot to fame as a maternity concierge on Bravo TV show Pregnant in Heels. The show follows her as she helps New York's 'modern-day Marie-Antoinettes' navigate pregnancy and new motherhood.

She tactfully doesn't reveal which client she found most difficult, but said that she found it hardest when she was working with women that had little sense of perspective about themselves.

'It's hardest when people don’t really know that they haven't really looked in the mirror in a long time,' she says. 'In other words, people who are not very self-aware - they think they are a certain way and they’re really not.'

She also designs maternity wear under the label Rosie Pope Maternity and has stores on Manhattan's Upper East Side and Santa Monica, LA.

I would say four kids under the age of five is a little too much, but after reading about her fertility struggles I totally understand. Good luck with everything!
