Runway ready... for the pet store? Dianna Agron is dressed to the nines as she sashays down the sidewalk carrying bag of dog food

She has reinvented herself as something of a fashionista.

And Dianna Agron seems to be taking her new role seriously, dressed to the nines for a trip to the pet store.

The 27-year-old treated the sidewalk like a catwalk as she sashayed along in a chic ensemble after buying food for her French Bulldog Freddie on Wednesday in Los Angeles.

The former Glee star wore a black frock that featured bejewelled chiffon sleeves under a sleeveless grey jacket.

Dianna wore black tights, lace-up booties and carried an Yves Saint Laurent black clutch.

She wore her blonde hair in soft waves in a half updo and sported rosy pink cheeks and fuchsia lipstick.

Dianna carried a large bag of dog food, no doubt for her beloved pup, who makes regular appearances on her Twitter feed.

Dianna has forged a new career for herself since leaving Glee - in photography.

Speaking about her love of being behind the camera, Dianna told starpulse.com: ‘I think there’s something so wonderful about capturing a moment whether it’s a sunset or sunrise, or the river or a new place.

‘I would love to have a photo exhibition and have it be for a charity event. Photography stimulates me even more than acting because you’re still being artistic but finding different ways to showcase it.’

When she was still a cast regular on Glee, Dianna presented her co-stars with a portfolio of on-set pictures she had taken during the first season of the hit show, for which she will return for its 100th episode.

The two-parter will be aired on March 18 and 25, and see guest stars Gwyneth Paltrow and Kristen Chenoweth reprise their roles.

Meanwhile, she was spotted in January shooting scenes for her new film Zipper, co-starring Patrick Wilson.

The film revolves around a hotshot U.S. Attorney who resorts to increasingly dangerous measures to hide his addiction to high-end escorts as he is groomed for higher office.
