It seems with a new haircut comes a new style.

Ever since chopping off her blonde locks, Pamela Anderson has adopted a chicer dress sense.

The 46-year-old looked elegant once again in a grey wool dress paired with pointy black booties as she grabbed lunch with husband Rick Salomon in West Hollywood, California on Thursday.

The former Baywatch star looked gorgeous in the knee-length frock, which nipped in at the waist and featured ruched short sleeves.

Pamela matched her boots with a black leather bag and shielded her eyes with black cat-eye shades.

The 46-year-old sported his signature beard as he and Pamela walked through an open-air mall.

Pamela recently discussed her and Rick's decision to get married for a second time

Speaking at at Sean Penn's Help Haiti Gala, the former Playboy centrefold said: 'We're very happy. Our families are very happy and that's all that matters.'

The actress revealed last October she had rekindled her relationship with Rick, who who she married in October 2007, though they separated two months later and their marriage was later annulled on the basis of fraud.

At the time she said: 'I say we’re best friends with benefits. I don’t want to meet anyone else. It’s recycling. No, I’m very happy. We’re happy. He's a great guy.'

Pamela has also had an on-and-off relationship with her former husband Tommy Lee, the father of her sons Brandon, 16, and Dylan, 15.

Lee recently announced he would be tying the knot for the fourth time - to singer Sofia Toufa.

'There comes a time in a man's life when you just know your partner is for LIFE!!' the 51-year-old Motley Crue star tweeted about his engagement.
